I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Dies ist die perfekte, preisgünstige Wohnung, die man in Bantayan finden kann. Ich bin als Alleinreisende total begeistert. Sie liegt in der Nähe von Kota Beach und dem MJ Square. Außerdem war Ate Tagabantay so freundlich, dass sie mich sogar ihrem Mann vorgestellt hat, der mir die Insel gezeigt hat. Ein wirklich wundervoller Aufenthalt!

I like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.

Tolle Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Parks. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Restaurant auf dem Dach, tolle Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist sauber, hell und geräumig. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Café, in der Nähe gibt es einen 7-Eleven. Wir blieben einen Tag vor unserem Flug und waren mit allem zufrieden.

Budget Friendly Stay with Mixed Experiences - Good for the Price, but Be Prepared for Quirks We booked this hotel for three nights primarily because of its incredibly low price, around 500+ pesos. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see the area filled with HPG (Highway Patrol Group) motorcycles; it turned out they were also staying there due to an ASEAN event in Lapu-Lapu, which made the vicinity quite busy. When we entered, the reception was unattended for a moment, and when someone did assist us, they seemed rushed and hard to communicate with. Being escorted to our room was an ”okay” experience. For the 500-peso price point, it met expectations! The room had a refrigerator, and we were happy to find a bucket and dipper, which meant we could do our laundry a huge plus for us. While the shower pressure was slightly better than our previous accommodation, we still weren't fully satisfied and ended up using the bucket and dipper for bathing. We enjoyed the TV, even if it was a manual one at least it worked! However, our experience at the dining area upon checkout was quite chaotic. The staff there seemed disorganized; they were laughing, and then there was a clear concern from another guest whose order hadn't arrived despite being placed earlier than ours. It turned out their order wasn't even listed, indicating an absent-minded mistake. The scene quickly escalated with staff shouting questions like ”Where's the order?” and ”Which order?” among themselves, creating a very confusing and unpleasant atmosphere.

Das Personal ist sehr angenehmen. Das kostenlose Frühstück macht uns während der Morgenaktivitäten voll fühlen. Die Lage liegt in der Nähe des Gemeinschaftszentrums, das es uns einfach macht, um die Gegend zu fahren. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts eine tolle Zeit, vor allem die Kinder.

Was soll ich sagen ... Überlegen Sie nicht lange ... Ich habe dieses Hotel sofort gebucht. Die Besitzerin Raquel ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie versucht, Ihnen so gut wie möglich zu helfen. Nicht zu vergessen Japhet ... Dieser Typ verdient eine Auszeichnung für die beste Gastfreundschaft. Er hat mir bei vielen Dingen geholfen und mir sogar geholfen, mich in Moalboal zurechtzufinden, mir ein Motorrad zu mieten und mich sogar zum Busbahnhof zu bringen. Dieses Anwesen ist SEHR SAUBER UND KOMFORTABEL ... Dieses Anwesen verdient eine viel bessere Bewertung. Insgesamt ein DAS BESTE VOM BESTEN!!!

Es ist unsere 2. Zeit im Allsons Inn. Ihre Lage ist perfekt für Reisende wie ich. Ich mag den Prozess für Ein- und Auschecken und ihr Personal ist freundlich. Das einzige, was unsere Aufmerksamkeit erfasst, ist der Geruch im Aufzug und keine Räuber im Zimmer. Es wäre besser, wenn sie zumindest Räuber außerhalb des Toilettes setzen können.

This place is really top-tier. It is budget friendly but you get very good service, very clean space, facilities are also good. I like that they provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo and soap, very clean linens too. It is also located very near to Anjo World - which you can go to for entertainment, and Robinson's Supermarket is just very near.
