Great hospitality , Delicious food Recieved from Dev Chef. He has very excellent Cullinery skills . If i talking about rooms , bed bed waa super comfy, and they were warm and clean. The ambience is ultimate , all over Services which i Recieved were absoultly too notch. Thank you Avdhesh bhaiya you treated me like a brother.

1. Parking : free parking is available in the front of the hotel on a wide road plus they have parking under the hotel basement. 2. Reception: cozy clean & welcoming. The guest are well received in Indian traditional way, a Tilak on forehead, a nicely carved wooden bead holy string and a sweet n naturally flavoured welcome drink. The check-in was Swift and effortless. The elevator service was prompt to get the guest rooms. 3. Guest Room: clean n comfortable with a balcony, air conditioned, enough water bottles, Tea kettle and a fridge. Room is nice but with no much of frills. Tea condiments were of standard quality however the selection of Tea bags were outstanding. Toilet: clean and well organized. I must compliment the hotel for providing outstanding quality of offered toiletries. Meals / Dinner / Breakfast: All vegan food very nice, tasty and sumptuous. Service was good. Breakfast was well spread with continental selections and Indian varieties. Check-out: Nice & Swift. Overall very satisfactory. A humble suggestion to the ***agement is to have toilet mirror better illuminated for better viewing. Shaving was challenging in dimly lit bathroom. A good focus lamp may please be added to help on this without much of trouble.

Great, clean hotel! Must visit this place and you can book it for your get togethers or when you are visiting the city and want a budget friendly place in the heart of city. Food and ambience both are good. Staff is polite, ambience is good and their breakfast is well laid out.

Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen, aber überraschend haben wir ein Eckeszimmer, wo die Toilette nicht funktionierte. Als Prozess, die wir die Rezeption angerufen und beschwerten, kommt der Kerl zu Checks und sagt jetzt seine Arbeit, später haben wir es wieder verwendet und das gleiche Problem gefunden. Wieder an der Rezeption, die gleiche Veranstaltung wiederholte, wir schließlich aufhörten, die Rezeption anzurufen und begannen, das Toilette durch einen Bucket Wasser zu fließen. Es hat uns wirklich gepisst, aber konnte nichts tun. Während ich mich als üblicherweise Rezeption Check-out war entschuldigt und versuchte mir einen Rs 500/- Rabatt auf Essen nur, um mich glücklich zu machen, was ich nicht unterhalte. Aber die Aussicht vom Zimmer und Essen im Restaurant war gut. Aber insgesamt fühlte ich mich betrübt und empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

I stayed in this hotel one night while visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is located in and surrounded by the forest, which means that it is quite and very clean there. In addition to the nature surrounding, there are beautiful gardens on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of necessary amenities, including clean towels, bath robe, shaving kit, etc. My window was looking out to the forest, I liked it very much, especially in the early morning, looking at the trees growing right next to my window. The personnel was polite, friendly and helpful beyond any limits. They were always ready to answer any question or fulfill any wish. Complimentary cab to the town of Mussoorie for drop and pick up was also a very good point, otherwise it would be necessary to call a taxi or walk. Breakfast was very good, both European and Indian options were there, it was also possible to order a freshly made breakfast meal. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and would surely stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt war erstaunlich. Im Laufe der zwei Tage, die wir dort verblieben, war alles von Anfang an großartig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem Mahika, die sichergestellt hatte, dass unser Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende fehlerfrei war und sichergestellt, dass wir keine Probleme gestellt haben. Mit Hilfe von Mr. Pawan war er wirklich freundlich genug, um für uns eine anpassbare Erfahrung und Reise zu machen, als es zu einer Sehenswürdigkeit kam. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr komfortabel. Wenn Sie eine ruhige und ruhige Aufenthalt in der Nähe der Natur haben wollen, ist diese Unterkunft das, wo Sie gehen sollten und ist leicht zugänglich mit bequem Zugang zu der Mallstraße.
