Ein Dutzend oder zwei Bungalows, dicht gedrängt auf kleinem Raum. Dazwischen befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Sehr sauber. Die Tiefe beträgt etwa eineinhalb Meter. Plus ein Planschbecken. Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut. In einem Dorf im östlichen Teil der Insel. Aber wenigstens ist es hier ruhig. Das Gelände ist klein und mit Palmen bepflanzt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Ich habe dort Muscheln und Garnelen gekocht, die ich auf dem nahegelegenen Fischmarkt gekauft hatte. Es gibt keine Insekten. Das Zimmer selbst ist klein, aber sehr hell und komfortabel. Internet 200-300 Mbs! Ein Roller ist ein Muss! Insgesamt ist der Ort super!

1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent” 2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox 3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office 4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then 5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge) 6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

Начнем с чистоты. Чисто до блеска, местоположение прям возле сансет тауна и возле места проведения салютов. Завтраки были норм но не отлично. Огромный лайк за то что нас бесплатно возили в лотус кафе на завтраки. Работники очень добрые и готовы помочь.

Great hotel! Cozy and stylish room with a view of the sea, sanset town and evening fireworks. Good choice of breakfasts (especially appreciated the European option!). Very helpful and friendly staff who are ready to help with all questions. I recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc and wants to visit sanset town to stay at this hotel💫

Новый отель. Чистый. Отличные и абсолютно новые инверторный тихий кондиционер и ТВ LG. Сантехника работает хорошо, постельное белье чистое. С балкона открывается великолепный вид. Администратор предоожил мне посмотреть ежедневный салют с крыши отеля. Администратор очень добрый и внимательный к гостям. Рекомендую этот отель. Билеты на канатную дорогу и многое другое можно приобрести в отеле. Цена будет такая же как и через кассу на входе канатной дороги.

Good The hotel is located very close to the swimming pools, beach and a few restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. They also arranged a taxi service from the hotel to the airport for me. Can improve on The hotel has THE hardest mattress I have ever slept on. It’s very uncomfortable and hurts your back. This can really be improved. There isn’t always someone at reception so when you check in, there might not be someone there and you have to wait. There also wasn’t anything on breakfast options or that they clean your room during your stay.

Отличный отель за такие деньги. Номер большой, две двуспальные кровати, фен, чайник, всё что было заявлено в описании. Балкон выходит на канал, открывается прекрасный вид. Шоу, конечно не видно, но его мы посмотрели с разных ракурсов с других мест. Персонал приветливый. За день до нашего выселения поинтересовалась куда мы дальше направляемся и нужно ли такси. Ещё момент, заселили нас а другое здание через канал, но это было даже лучше.

Hallo, ordentliches, sauberes Hotel, nahe am Strand. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, im Zimmer verfügbar. und eine Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator, das Wasser war die ganze Zeit warm, obwohl bei dieser Hitze kühles Wasser toll gewesen wäre, es gibt eine Küche, eine Gemeinschaftsküche, aber alles, was man braucht, ist da, eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, für die sie Reis gekocht hat alle Gäste jeden Tag. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, die Reinigung erfolgt nur auf Anfrage, das Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher und Internet, obwohl das Internet im Zimmer nicht sehr gut war, musste man manchmal auf die Terrasse gehen , die Lage ist gut, es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, die Reinigung erfolgt nur auf Anfrage, die Besitzer sind sehr nett, daher empfehle ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

This newly opened homestay is located in the sun sunset town in Phu Quoc which is worth it! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cable car station, the kiss of sea show and the night market, which is very convenient. The overall decoration style is novel and has no odor. The space is large and spacious enough, and it is not a problem to place a large piece of luggage. It is particularly worth mentioning that some rooms are also equipped with balconies to enjoy fireworks in the room. The bedding is clean and tidy, providing free toothbrush toothpaste towels and other necessities. Water and snacks are also provided for free every day. This service makes people feel warm and thoughtful.
