We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tagaytay! The ambiance was peaceful, the air was cool and refreshing, and the entire place had that relaxing getaway vibe we were hoping for. Our kids and three Shih Tzus had a great time — the hotel is definitely pet-friendly and family-friendly! 🐶👧👦 The staff were courteous and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food from the restaurant was tasty and satisfying. The only downside for us was the lack of a gym or workout space. As someone who likes to stay active even on vacation, it would’ve been great to have at least a small fitness area. Hopefully, that’s something they can consider adding in the future.

Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room. Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall.

Wir hatten hier wirklich eine tolle Zeit! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Essen war auch lecker! Ich werde sicher zurück gehen und auch diesen Ort an meine Familie und andere Freunde empfehlen. Der Ort war wirklich sauber. Auch gut für Schnorcheln. Danke für den uns einen erinnere√§nigen Aufenthalt. 🙌🏻👍🏻😀

Pros: - The resort was easy to locate. - The staff were very helpful. - The ambiance was so still. - Food were great! ( Sisig was the best) - Pool were very spacious since a few people were only swimming. Cons: - The kiddie pool was full of fallen leaves. - The mosquitoes were everywhere specially on the public CR. Better bring anti mosquito lotion for this. - There were no soap dish or holder in the bathroom. It was a discomfort to put the soap and shampoo on the sink, moving back and forth to bathe just to use both. Overall we had a great time. Didnt take a pic, we enjoyed the time we spent here. Thanks

Our stay was excellent! The room was clean and spacious.This condo was beyond our expectations. The condo’s location was superb. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained.The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. Very happy with our stay. My son, wants to come back.
