Ausgezeichnete Lage. Wir hatten 401 und 402 oberste Etage mit Balkonen. Perfekt eingerichtetes Hotel, schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer und gute Kaffee mit einem großen TV und kleinem Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Eingang ist durch Pin-Codes auf einem Tastatur und das funktionierte scheinbar und war sehr einfach zu benutzen. Sicherlich würde wieder bleiben..

Ich blieb 2 Nächte , ich war auf der Straße, mir wurde keine Parkplätze angeboten, und da ich blieb 2 Nächte wäre es fair, Badeschuhe für 2 Nächte zu haben,aber als ich mich beschwerte, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie nicht nur mit einer Zahlung von 15 Euro pro Person liefern. extra außerhalb meines Haushalts, also seien Sie vorsichtig, nichts im Unterverständnis zu hinterlassen.In der Anzeige hatte ich Parkplatz und Klimaanlage, die ich nicht arbeiten konnte.Ich hoffe, dass ich für meine 30 Euro von Trip zurückgezahlt werden!

Die Lage ist sehr gut wieh leichter Zugang zu U-Bahn-, Straßenbahn- und Busnetzen. Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber mit sauberen Blättern und komfortablem Bett. Toiletten sind sauber mit Toiletten und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Alles, was Sie in einer Wohnung brauchen, ist in der Küche mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee verfügbar. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hostel bietet eine heimliche Unterkunft. Hoch empfohlen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, etwa 7-8 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, und es gibt Busse zu beiden Flughäfen, was sehr praktisch ist. Gleichzeitig sind die Hotelbedingungen sehr gut. Dies ist die früheste Check-in-Zeit: 14:00 Uhr. Und sie halfen, das Gepäck direkt aufs Zimmer zu bringen. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenloses Mineralwasser und es gibt eine Küche im Zimmer. Empfehlenswert

Hervorragender Service und ein sehr bequemes Bett! Die Lage ist fantastisch – mit der Metro ist man in etwa 30 Minuten im Zentrum, aber es kam mir überhaupt nicht so lange vor. Die nächste Metrostation ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und die Bushaltestelle nur 2 Minuten. Es gibt eine direkte Verbindung zum San-Siro-Stadion, daher ist die Wohnung perfekt für einen Besuch. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat schnell geantwortet; alle meine Fragen wurden beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Es ist schwer, die Tür zu öffnen, aber Sie müssen sie 3 mal in die Uhr Richtung und 3 mal drehen, wenn Sie sie schließen. Das Zimmer im Bild ist nicht das Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, sondern das andere Zimmer.

Immer wenn ich geschäftlich hier bin, übernachte ich in diesem Hotel. Der Hauptgrund ist, dass es sehr praktisch ist, sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur U-Bahn. Das Wetter in Mailand war in letzter Zeit sehr gut, und ich konnte mir sogar die Zeit nehmen, das Schloss zu besuchen. Schade, dass ich kein Ticket für das Letzte Abendmahl bekommen habe. Ich kam um 12 Uhr mittags an und der Besitzer ließ mich früher einchecken, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin.

AAnonymer BenutzerLocation: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

GGastnutzerI had an absolutely lovely stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como.
From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The hosts were proactive in reaching out before my arrival, letting me know I could check in anytime and that I could contact them whenever needed. This made the whole experience very reassuring, especially as a solo traveller.
Upon arrival, the couple were incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. Lucia, in particular, was amazing. She took the time to walk me through what to see and do around Lake Como in great detail. You can really feel her passion and pride for the area, which made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. It felt very intimate, and I enjoyed chatting with the hostess each morning. The savoury breakfast was authentic and fresh, and something I could never find back home. It was such a treat.
The room was cleaned daily, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout. What stood out even more was the level of care. When I injured my ankle during the trip, Lucia kindly provided a cold pack and offered additional help if needed. That level of thoughtfulness really meant a lot.
The location is also perfect. It is directly opposite the station, less than a 5-minute walk, and very convenient for getting to Varenna and other nearby areas. Despite being so close, I did not hear any train noise at all during my stay.
Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience. Warm hospitality, great location, and thoughtful touches throughout. I would absolutely stay here again.

Empfehlendes Hotel. Ich hatte einen Duplex Room, der sensationell groß Isar. Alles sehr sauber und nagelneu. Insgesamt merkt man dass sie beim Bau billige materialen genommen haben. In ein paar Jahren wird man das bemerken.

Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

**Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city.
**Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage.
Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Das Aussehen scheint eine stilvolle private Unterkunft zu sein, so dass Sie es verpassen, wenn Sie nicht vorsichtig das Zeichen zeichnen. Die Klarheit des Zimmers und die Kundenservice-Einstellung ist nicht problematisch.

Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

KKonstantin ZakharovAttention! Contact hotel before coming, they will send you directions and instructions by WhatsApp then it will be very easy to find and check in. There is no standard hotel reception but you do not need it. Very easy and convenient.
Hotel has a perfect location. Its only 10 minutes walk from Lima metro station ( red line M1), same line with Duomo and RHO ( Salon De mobile exhibition).
Room is very clean. Looks like it is just after renovation. All equipment is new. Comfortable bed, good towels.
Breakfast is served in the Panzera Cafe (go from hotel to the right, 1 minute walk, you see the Cafe on the corner). For hotel voucher they give you Croissant, coffee and juice. If you used to eat more for breakfast, then better to book without meals and go somewhere else by yourself.
I loved this place, thank you for comfortable staying.
