Location: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first. Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit. Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in . Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep. Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲 Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs. Staff: they all friendly, no worries. Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

La habitación es mas bonita que en las fotos, esta a 5 min de la estación de tren. El problema es que no habia recepción y aunque avise que el tren iba retrasado al llegar no habia letreros del sitio, asi que llame y una mujer muy ruda me dijo que no tenía reserva, yo le decia que la había hecho hace dias y cuando yo estaba ya molesta la encontró, así que me dijo que en 10min alguien me iría a abrir, al llegar un señor me mostró la habitación pero no hablaba ingles, le pregunté si podia dejar guardada mi maleta el siguiente día para poder ir a conocer y dijo que cobraba 10€, le dije que en la opción de la habitación incluía ese servicio pero como no hablaba inglés me dijo que debía llamar al numero de cuando llegue 🙄… se fue y cuando me fui a dormir la cobija de la cama estaba manchada y a nadie podia decirle que me la cambiara, no me pareció q fuera bueno el servicio. El baño estaba limpio pero los muebles de la habitación llenos de polvo.

Удачное расположение в двух шагах от вокзала. Исключительная чистота везде! Общая кухня: можно что-то приготовить или разогреть. Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

I recently stayed at the White Ribbon Hotel in Milan and had a generally positive experience. **Cleanliness**: The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. **Location**: The location is very safe, which is a significant plus. While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus. **Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city. **Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage. Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Vista Lago war wahrscheinlich der Highlights unserer gesamten Reise. Wir buchten es ursprünglich einfach als Halt, bevor wir in die Dolomiten gingen, aber wir endeten wünschen wir, wir hätten länger verbleiben. Das B&B ist schön, mit wunderbaren Blicken auf den Garda-See und einer tollen Lage nur einen kurzen, einfachen Spaziergang von der Stadt entfernt. Der wahre Fokus war jedoch die Gastfreundschaft. Das Gebäude wurde über mehrere Generationen verlassen, und die Tochter arbeitet jetzt an der B&B. Sie können wirklich die Familiengeschichte und persönliche Kontakte fühlen. Frühstück jedes Morgens war fantastisch, mit mehreren Möglichkeiten zu wählen. Wir gingen zum Frühstücksplatte mit Eiern und Bacon, zusammen mit Joghurt, Obst und Getreide. Alles war frisch, und es gab hervorragenden Kaffee mit so viel wie Sie wollten. Wir liebten auch, jeden Morgen früh in die Stadt zu gehen, während alles still und wach war. Schöne Lage, wunderbare Menschen und ein wirklich erinnerebarer Aufenthalt. Wir würden hier absolut wieder bleiben.

Ausgezeichnetes Personal! Die Rezeption und Frühstücksteams waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer lächelnd. Wir waren auch erregt mit dem täglichen Zimmerservice (reinigen, frische Handtücher) ohne zu fragen. Das Hotel war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und hatte einen schönen Kaffee. Lage ist großartig: sehr zentrale, nahe dem Hauptbahnhof, mit einem Busstopp direkt am Ecke. Die einzigen Nachteile waren die unkomfortable kleine Dusche (zu wenig Platz für eine richtige Bewegung) und dass es gelegentlich ungünstig war, wenn man den Raum mit Freunden teilen konnte.

Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

Achtung! Bitte kontaktieren Sie das Hotel vor Ihrer Anreise. Sie erhalten dann eine Wegbeschreibung per WhatsApp, sodass Sie das Hotel leicht finden und einchecken können. Es gibt keine klassische Hotelrezeption, die Sie aber auch nicht benötigen. Alles ist sehr einfach und bequem. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Es ist nur 10 Gehminuten von der Metrostation Lima (rote Linie M1) entfernt, die auch die Haltestellen Dom und RHO (Salon de Mobile) anfährt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und wirkt frisch renoviert. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist neu. Bequemes Bett und gute Handtücher. Das Frühstück wird im Panzera Café serviert (vom Hotel aus eine Minute nach rechts, das Café befindet sich an der Ecke). Im Hotelgutschein sind Croissant, Kaffee und Saft enthalten. Wenn Sie ein ausgiebiges Frühstück gewohnt sind, empfiehlt es sich, ohne Frühstück zu buchen und sich selbst etwas anderes zu suchen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
