Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. Die Sauberkeit war absolut top-notch alles war spotless, frisch und sehr gut gepflegt, was den Raum aus dem Moment, als ich ankam, komfortable und entspannende. Was wirklich herausgekommen war, war die Professionalität des Gastgebers. Kommunikation war reibungslos, klar und schnell, und jedes Detail wurde mit Vorsicht behandelt. Eincheckung war einfach, und der Gastgeber stellte sicher, dass alles bereit und Ärgerlos war. Insgesamt, ein sauberer, gemütlicher und gut verwalteter Ort. Sehr empfohlen für jeden, der einen komfortablen und zuverlässigen Aufenthalt in PIK2 sucht!

Trip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com. This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked. You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer.. ..

Wooden, untuk 4org dgn harga 600rb-an sangat worth it.. Kamar wooden, ada teras belakang & plus nya kamar mandi besar 👍🏻.. Bs langsung parkir depan unit, cocok untuk keluarga yg bawaannya segambreng.. fasilitas waterboom luas, ada kantinnya juga harga terjangkau 5-30rban dann enakk makanannya best pecel ayam & nasgor di kantin waterboom.. Bs piknik ala-ala, tempatnya luas saran bawa mainan sendiri klo mau stay di hotel aja..(raket/volleyball) Kekurangan tdk ada akses pantai..jgn khawatir dekat dgn tujuan wisata pantai lainnya hanya 10menit (p.pandan carita, p.lombok) Tempatnya luas bgd, jd beberapa spot mmg kurang perawatan. Tp msi ok lah.. Rekomend untuk visit rame2 dan unit villanya yg baru.. Sukses Avery Coconut, semoga lebih improve lg 👍🏻

The house was nice and biggg enough for 2 people, the facilities was well maintained as welll. Location is close to pasmo and a lot of convient storeesss. Highly recommended

Its a good apartment and the lord is verygood and responsible. Although there was an unpleasant incident, namely a late check-in, they provided extraordinary compensation and the owner was very kind. In the future, I will continue to choose to book at this place.
