Kamar wooden, ada teras belakang & plus nya kamar mandi besar 👍🏻..
Bs langsung parkir depan unit, cocok untuk keluarga yg bawaannya segambreng..
fasilitas waterboom luas, ada kantinnya juga harga terjangkau 5-30rban dann enakk makanannya best pecel ayam & nasgor di kantin waterboom..
Bs piknik ala-ala, tempatnya luas saran bawa mainan sendiri klo mau stay di hotel aja..(raket/volleyball)
Kekurangan tdk ada akses pantai..jgn khawatir dekat dgn tujuan wisata pantai lainnya hanya 10menit (p.pandan carita, p.lombok)
Tempatnya luas bgd, jd beberapa spot mmg kurang perawatan. Tp msi ok lah..
Rekomend untuk visit rame2 dan unit villanya yg baru..

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained, which made the space feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was the professionalism of the host. Communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, and every detail was handled with care. Check-in was easy, and the host made sure everything was ready and hassle-free.
Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-managed place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in PIK2!

Zunächst war der Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht kalt und die Küchengeräte waren nicht komplett. Morgen kann man für ein größeres Zimmer ausgetauscht werden und der Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Küchengeräte sind komplett, aber nur 1 Slips während 3 Personen bleiben.

NnitsreNach der Buchung der hstay sendet eine Nachricht, dass keine Ausländer erlaubt sind. Ich habe ein paar Nachrichten über trip.com gesendet und telefonierte ohne Antwort. Ich habe auch direkt gepostet, dass ich Ehefrau von Indonesium bin und bitte nicht stornieren, wenn das ok ist. Ich erhielt keinen Komfort und blieb für Stunden besorgt, bevor trip.com versichert, dass es nicht abgesagt wird.
Der Typ dort war rauchen, handelte kluger über meine Buchung, nahm Rp100k Einzahlung ohne Eingang. Er bat mich, Foto zu machen.
Das Zimmer war gut/normal, mit einem neuen festen Bett. Das Badezimmer war sauber, aber sehr alt und hatte.foul gefüttert. Keine heiße Dusche. Die Lichter sind hell für einen Heimuntergang. Keine Ausstattung überhaupt. Das Badezimmer war sehr dumm. Eine Nacht blieb. Genug Unprofessionalität. Verlagert in ein anderes Hotel.

So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..

Ttraveller momsNew apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

SSimplemanSuasananya tenang sekali. Tidak disangka ada di kota yang ramai, pada saat masuk seperti ke desa. Cocok untuk menghilangkan penat sejenak.
WIFI kamar sayang sekali tidak bisa digunakan, akhirnya nonton Netflix pake hotspot. Namun, pegawai sangat membantu untuk mengusahakn WIFI dapat digunakan meski tetap gagal.
Secara keseluruhan kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih, air hangat berfungsi untuk beberapa saat, AC dingin, namun kasur agak keras dan berasa pernya sedikit. Cukup rekomen untuk tinggal sejenak dengan harga terjangkau.
