The hotel was located well for our needs. Parking was good with ample spaces. Overall hotel was a little older on the interior, could use some updating. The elevator was usable but scary. Jerked to a stop at every floor and sat for a few seconds before locking into place with another hard jerk. Breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs, that could have been powdered initially, basic sausage breads waffles cereal etc etc, nothing special. Room itself was clean although dated. Air conditioner cooled and warmed well but was very noisy, hard to hear the television at times over it. Toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and barely attached to the base. Shower handle had to be manipulated to get it to the hot sitting. Overall I would give the hotel a 6 out of 10 for the overall experience.

I was very pleased with the 2 Queen Deluxe beds. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Book non smoking and if you smoke. Smoke in your car or outside. There is a $25.00 per pet fee for pets which is nonrefundable and that's understandable and reasonable. Breakfast is the usual waffles, cereal, etc. At least it's something. If you prefer a grand slam, take yourself to Dennys and buy it. If you purchase the deluxe room you have a coffee pot ( the one in my room was missing a tube so it didn't work), the fridge and microwave worked great and I reported the coffee pot. Guests should always report issues. If you do not report issues then they will not be corrected so instead of writing a nasty review. Report the issue. Give the hotel a chance to correct the problem. That is all have a good day.

Our hotel stay was just okay. Decent location - walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Ask for an odd numbered room - the even numbers face a nightclub, which is extremely loud late at night (we stayed over a weekend). Our first night there, we had to request a new room at midnight due to the noise, as we couldn't sleep due to the music at the dance club. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent - my kids enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. The hotel seemed old and somewhat dirty - our room had stains on the walls and bathroom and surfaces were dusty. The hot tub was broken during our stay - my kids had hoped to use it. This hotel seemed to be on the edge of maybe not the safest area of the city but very close to all the big hotels, restaurants and mall on the riverwalk. Next time, I'd choose a different hotel in San Antonio.

Ein paar Tage San Antonio Zeit ist sehr schön, das Hotel ist sauber, Ctrip ist günstig, hier ist Downtown, ganz in der Nähe des Riverside Boulevards, die Entfernung zum AT&T Center der Spurs Arena beträgt auch fünf oder sechs Kilometer, aber leider nicht die Spielzeit, habe Bobo alten Mann nicht gesehen, der im Herzen seines Herzens ist ... Frühstück, sehr lecker, kein bisschen an die nächsten zwei Tage gewöhnt, oder unser chinesisches Essen ist köstlich! !

Wir blieben Juli 17-July 18. Diese Lage wurde aufgrund ihrer Nähe zu Pappadeaux und Cigars International gewählt. Es gab eine große Konferenz und das Hotel wurde verkauft. Allerdings ist das Eigentum groß genug, um nicht überfüllt zu fühlen. Die Aufzüge sind sehr schnell. Die Einrichtungen sind sauber und gut gepflegt. Kostenlose glückliche Stunde mit Snacks von 4 bis 6 jeden Abend. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Check-in das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Sehr willkommen
