We visited this place today and were very pleased. Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel, but you won’t find a better view of the Nine Arches Bridge, that’s a fact! You’ll have both morning and night views of this wonder, plus the opportunity to visit the bridge before the tourist crowds show up to photobomb your beautiful shots. The room itself is clean, the shower and toilet are separate, and there’s a lovely terrace with the best view. Yes, it takes 45 minutes to walk here from the town center, and I wouldn’t recommend doing it after sunset, but the journey is definitely worth it. For any of my friends visiting Ella, I’ll only recommend this place.

I travel solo and I prefer quiet and peaceful places where I can't hear the noise of the city or the music from the night clubs. So Nature Nest was just perfect for me. I liked everything. The room was light and spacious, a comfortable bad, a big bathroom with hot shower and a nice balcony made my stay cozy and pleasant. And it was so nice to hear the chirping of birds outside in the morning. It took me about 10 minutes to walk down to Ella and maybe a little more to walk up. And every time the walk in the nature was nice and pleasant. Sampat and Nadeeka were really helpful, they gave me many useful tips and good advice about Ella and Sri Lanka and I just had a great time talking with them. The food they cooked was really delicious and also they were so kind to give me a cooking lesson and even a ride when I needed it. I highly recommend the Nature Nest to anyone who values comfort and calmness. And I will be glad to come back if I have such a chance.

GGastnutzerWe had a unique and memorable 2 nights stay at the lovely Dream Catcher Resort near Ella in a place called Kitha ella. The resort is set amongst the scenic serene hills, on one side you can admire the beautiful valley and on the other side you can see the train track and the hills. The location is amazing, far from the maddening crowd of Ella town, yet just 5 minutes drive and half an hour walk to Ella town. Very close to the Kuda Ravana falls and on the way to Ella Rock. The owner and the staff are so welcoming and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The food cooked was fresh and delicious. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The road towards the place is steep, but nothing a Sri Lankan driver cannot tackle. We had lovely early morning walks/jogs in the vicinity. Night time star gazing was amazing.

We spent two nights here and we were comfortable even though the room was basic. Breakfast on the balcony was lovely - great food and lovely view. There’s a short, steep climb back home after going down to the main street, so you will give your calves a good stretch, but it’s worth it for the view of Little Adam’s Peak that you get in the morning. Overall a very good choice of accommodation in a small, quiet and friendly guesthouse.

GGastnutzerWe have stayed in a family room for one night on a busy long weekend & wished we could stay longer there. With the narrow approach road & parking, which is common to the Ella area, we had doubts , but the owner Mr Manjula & his staff were attentive & had solutions to the comfort of every guest with no hazzle. Food was very tasty & served on time & though the place was full we were welcome any time with good sevice even at short notice. Room with Beddings & Bath were clean & nice and had enough space. View from the room balcony of Ella rock was pleasing & with greenery around, the birds were a plenty with their songs. Though it was a short stay, with their little input from staff we could use the time well & visited the surrounding attractions & it was time well spent. All in all we really enjoyed our stay & so a big Thank you to Rock side Inn.

CCooper Der Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon war erstaunlich und das Frühstück war lecker. Wir baten um zusätzliche Pancakes! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum - gute Lage, weil es ruhig ist.

Die Zimmer sind super sauber, das Badezimmer etwas rustikal aber man sieht dass man sich Mühe gegeben hat. Sehr gutes Frühstück, man sollte es allerdings am Abend vorher vorbestellen.

GGuest UserIch habe vor kurzem drei Nächte in Ella Green mit meinem bald (13) geblieben und wir hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die gemütlichen Wohnungen sind im Herzen der Natur gefüllt, umgeben von einer lustigen Grünlandschaft, die es eine ruhige und friedliche Dschungelatmosphäre mit Vögeln und kleinen Affen, die umgeben spielen. Die Bäder selbst waren gemütlich und komfortabel, mit den notwendigen Einrichtungen, um den Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Wir genossen das leckere Hauskochfrüchte jeden Morgen. Pancakes, Toast, frische Früchte, Omelette und verschiedene traditionelle srilankanische Lebensmittel. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und willkommen und ging aus ihrem Weg, um uns bequem zu fühlen und sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt genießbar war. Insgesamt empfehle ich Ella Green-Wohnungen für jeden, der einen friedlichen Rückzug in der Natur sucht. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Nacht im Blue Ribbon Homestay. Buddi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit der unglaublichsten Aussicht! In Ella gibt es so viel zu sehen und zu erleben, wir hätten zwei Nächte bleiben können. Ein kurzer Spaziergang in die Stadt entlang der Bahnstrecke und eine Reihe fabelhafter Restaurants erwartet Sie. Wir haben tief und fest geschlafen und ein wirklich köstliches Frühstück genossen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, dies ist ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein wunderschön geführtes Homestay.

GGastnutzerДружелюбные хозяйки, очень добрые и приветливые, никаких проблем не было. Балкон с прекрасным видом на достопримечательности Еллы. Единственный минус это немного грязная постель и с крыши постоянно падала что то черное и по ночам там что то бегало) но это Шри ланка, проблемы с полом и потолком здесь распространены.
