Das ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel, xlose zum historischen mittelalterlichen Teil der Stadt. Parken im Hotel ist begrenzt, aber wir haben einen Platz. Das Rezeptionpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben ein Zimmer upgrade. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr komfortabel und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und gut. Das Frühstück war ein typisches Buffet-Affäre und nicht beladen. Nur ein negatives Punkt, der das auf ein 4 gedacht ist, ist, warum oh warum hochwertige Hotels geben Kartenkaffeebecher ...und bitte nicht die Umweltkarte spielen! Sonst ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

This hotel came highly recommended and certainly didn't disappoint. We were made incredibly welcome by the manager and shown to an extremely spacious, spotless and comfortable room with enormous double bed, very large walk in shower, his & her basins and a huge wall mounted tv. On site secure parking , easy to find from the A68. Very pleasant bar and a superb breakfast in the morning all made for a thoroughly relaxing stop over en route to Santander. Very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the manager who obviously takes pride in providing exceptional service. Many thanks

Este hotel tiene sus luces y sombras. La distancia hasta el centro es de más o menos 15 minutos caminando. Por la zona hay sitio para aparcar, aunque el hotel tiene parking. Buena recepción con una señorita muy agradable al frente. Habitación normal, con una buena cama (muy cómoda), almohadas también muy cómodas. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y si abrías la ventana afuera había bastante ruido. Baño completo con ducha grande, lavamanos, wc y bidet. Muchos amenities (desmaquillante, peine, higiene dental, gorro baño, etc.) dosificadores con gel y champú así como jabón. Deberían de pegarle un buen repaso a la mampara de la ducha, ya que por la parte de abajo tenía muchísima humedad y estaba bastante fea. La puerta del baño es bastante antigua. DESAYUNO buenísimo, tienes un montón de cosas donde escoger (cereales, diferenes zumos, yogures, frutas, bollería, bacón, revuelto, tortilla de patatas, panes diferentes, buen café, colacao, chocolate caliente). El local donde se hace el desayuno es muy amplio y con mucha claridad.

El personal es lo mejor de este hotel. Me han ayudado en todo los días que he estado alojada. Lorena, desde recepción, ha ido más allá del deber. Trato cercano, amable y que transmite confianza. Mi agradecimiento total y más sincero. Habitación cómoda, cama dura, ducha con presión. Escritorio amplio, calefacción potente, muy buena red wifi. Minibar. Ubicación céntrica. Como cosas negativas, un único ascensor para 8 plantas a veces hace que se ralentice la circulación y hay detalles que necesitan un mantenimiento, sobre todo el baño.
