Hotel Santamaria

This hotel is well located in town, very near to everything. The staff were friendly, however the room was quite small, and very basic. The bed was not very comfortable either. Despite being on the 7th floor it was not a good sleep, as there was a lot of noise from the square below all night. There are also trains which run just nearby, and the noise is pretty loud! The breakfast was fine, but the restaurant where we ate in the evening was not great. The food was quite expensive for what it was, and it was not very enjoyable. I asked for the salad without tuna, and it when the food arrived, it was clear that the tuna had just been taken off an already prepared plate of food, leaving the food tasting of tuna! Not an enjoyable experience overall. I would not stay in this hotel again if I went back to Tudela.

Cannot rate this family run hotel more highly.. the staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are well furnished and spotlessly clean. If you want to explore the city, the hotel is centred just round the corner from the lively square with its numerous bars and shops.

The Santamaria is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tudela and offers a clean comfortable room, buzzy busy bar/cafe popular with locals with very helpful staff. Secure parking is available. Some English spoken.

Another excellent stay in this hotel. Reception is very helpful and the rooms always clean and comfortable. An excellent breakfast with lots of choice and delicious coffee! A real family run hotel and one where guests are made to feel part of the family!

Our favourite hotel in Tudela. The rooms are spotless, the staff are really friendly and reception could not be more helpful. You are always given a warm welcome on arrival. Nothing is too much trouble. This family owned hotel is well situated within a short walk of the bustling old town. The square is perfect for that evening drink.

Todo muy confortable ky limpio en un Hotel muy céntrico y con Parking a unos 300 m. Que es conveniente solicitar al hacer la Reserva. El trato por la Sra. De la recepción fué espectacular. Volveremos y ya hemos recomendado a familiares y amig@s.

Muy buena situación céntrica con parking a unos 200 metros. La habitación y el baño están bien, parece que renovados hace poco, pero el precio es algo elevado para el tamaño y para no tener nevera. Tiene cafetería para desayunar si no quieres el desayuno del hotel.

Nos alojamos en una habitación de tres camas siendo dos adultos y dos menores porque mis hijos compartían su cama. Desde q llegamos el chico de la recepción no nos dio el trato deseado. Aún peor a la salida que le informo que me quedaría una noche más, me dijo que debíamos abandonar esa habitación y tomar una de cuatro porque me estaba riendo en su cara. Y que se habían pasado 15 minutos desde la hora del ckekout y otras cosas más... vergonzoso!!!!! Por supuesto agarre nuestras cosas y nos fuimos de allí. Una pena . El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Pero este chico ( Guillermo)no sirve para el trato con los huéspedes te empaña tu estadía.
