Nachdem ich einige der jüngsten Bewertungen des Regency Club gelesen habe, hat es mich gefragt, ob wir am selben Ort wohnten wie unser 6-Nacht-Übernachtung vom 9. Januar war brillant! Wir blieben im Erdgeschoss eins Bettwohnung mit direkter Zugang zum Pool von der Terrasse, die groß war, die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten wirklich komfortable. Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Gästen hatten wir regelmäßige Reinigungsmittel und eine Menge frischer Handtücher. Ja, das Badezimmer konnte mit einigen TLC tun, da der Duschetaschen am Ende sehr sprungig war und einige der Teller wurde geschnitten. Wir waren immer wieder in der Nacht, so dass wir nicht zu den Abendunterhaltungen kommen konnten, die Rezeption waren freundlich wie die Supermarkt-Personal. Das Backhaus (wenn geöffnet) war auch schön. 10-15 Minute zu Fuß zu den Bars und Restaurants, wie in anderen Bewertungen gesagt, ein Taxi zurück ist ca. 5 Euro. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht an jemanden empfehlen, der nicht voll mobil ist.

Stayed here as two adults and one child (age 6) on B&B basis. We found check in easy, and were grateful for the lift to our bungalow with our luggage. The bungalow was spacious, clean and perfect for us, we also really appreciated the sun terrace nice to be able to sit out there at the end of the day. On the first night there was a lot of noise from the hotel opposite which we were worried about but glad to report there was nothing for the rest of our stay. Pools were great, temperature was just right, no problem getting a sunbed just after 10am and the towels were a bonus. Disappointing no inflatables allowed but it was a busy pool from opening to closing. The lifeguards did enforce this rule yet i don’t recall seeing any signs so there were some disappointed people. Location wise cannot fault, 10 min walk downhill to the beach, restaurants and bars, there is a big market across the road twice a week, bus stops nearby as well (including Siam park and Siam mall free buses) as is the road train stop, also supermarket a stones throw away with everything reasonably priced and lots of choice. We would recommend dinner at San Marcos across the road best pizzas we had, the irish bar across the road and babushkas next door for drinks. Hotel breakfast was plentiful but very busy between 9-10 as people tended to go there then to the pool for it opening at 10. We did the evening entertainment on our first night and never returned it was tailored to a German audience and so my son struggled to join in or find people to talk to. We tried the water carpet, bouncy castle and foam parties that were on during the day, all were very busy so we didn’t persevere with queuing for turns, again very German orientated. Overall we had a good trip, not far from airport and short taxi to Aqualand, siam park and monkey park. We enjoyed walking down to the beach for dinner most nights, the walk home was a little steeper but manageable. Would recommend this hotel for families

Eine Erfahrung, um das ohne Zweifel wiederholen! sowohl das Hotelpersonal als auch die Einrichtungen, perfekte Ort, um alle Aktivitäten, die Sie während des Tages im Hotel bieten, zu entbinden und zu genießen. Das Personal zweifellos sehr kompetente Personen, die immer mit einem Lächeln und zu jeder Zeit helfen! Es verfügt über sehr komplette Einrichtungen und das Apartment fehlt nicht einmal an einem Mindestdetail, alle super sorgfältig und mit allen Einrichtungen, die einen perfekten Aufenthalt machen! Danke für alle für diese sehr angenehme Urlaub! Wir werden 😊 zurückkehren

Second time visiting/staying at this hotel. I've never stayed in the same place more than once, but we enjoyed it that much last year that we decided to visit again this year. The rooms are spacious, clean & well kept. The food for me was great. Always something that I liked on the menu. The staff were all pleasant & helpful. One waiter in particular allowed me to take food to the hotel room from the restaurant as my daughter wasn't feeling 100%. There's a few regular cats who visit or live here which we're nice to see also. We noticed food bowls & cat food left out for them in various locations around the hotel. The pools were clean & well maintained. Only thing that let's the pools down are the masses of people that would queue up, put their towels down, then disappear for the day! Pointless if you ask me. Id happily come again!

This was our 2nd visit to this wonderful hotel. We arrived late at night to a welcome drink and cold buffet, which was most welcome. Even better when we were upgraded to a full sea view. The double room was spacious with plenty of storage/ wardrobe space and the bathroom with walk-in shower was a good size. The location is fabulous with lovely views, right on the promenade and beach. We went for early morning walks in both directions along the beaches and promenade. The hotel is spotlessly clean as are the pool areas and the gardens are well maintained. We never had a problem getting sunloungers and you get pool towels which can be changed daily. We ate at the poolside restaurant for lunch and also had lunch sitting at our sunloungers. I can recommend the aperol spritz as an afternoon refreshment! We were half board and there was always a wide, plentiful and tasty variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner. Men, make sure you pack your long trousers for dinner! We usually ate out on the patio at night, around 8.30pm when many people were finishing in order to bag their table for the outside entertainment. There was entertainment on every night, outside on the patio, usually singers and tribute acts. We quite often sat inside at the bar, making our way through the cocktail menu. The drinks are very good and the measures are huge. Lastly, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming and it was nice to see some faces w from the year before. We would certainly recommend this hotel and were planning on booking up for this October too.
