The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, in der Nähe des Botschaftsraums, sehr sicher und bequem. Es gibt eine chinesische Küchenstadt zwei Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt, und es ist nicht teuer, viele zu wählen. Das einzige, was nicht sehr gut ist, ist die Art von Trinkwasser, das das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt, zu verlangen, das Rezeption zu entsorgen.

Die Dekoration ist sehr neu, das Frühstück ist sehr groß, der Fitnessraum ist noch nicht vervollständigt.

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und die Umgebung war in Ordnung. In der Nähe der Tankstelle befindet sich ein rund um die Uhr geöffneter Supermarkt. Es ist zu schwierig, in Lusaka einen Supermarkt zu finden. In einem Geschäftsviertel können Sie tagsüber in den Supermarkt gehen, um etwas zu kaufen.

Erschwinglich mit einem vernünftigen Fitnesscenter und wunderschöne äthiopisches Essen. Mittlere Ebene und in der Nähe des großen Malls.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.
