Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Montana, Vereinigte Staaten

Die erste Nacht des Zimmers ist zu nah an der Straße, es gibt keine Pause, zwei Nächte später wurde das Zimmerproblem gelöst. Das Hotel ist relativ wenig und es gibt viele Urlauber am Wochenende.

The room was very clean and not a bad size. Definitely excellent for the price. I paid $234 total for two nights (Friday night and Saturday night) and even the motel 6 was almost $200 per night. My only complaint is small….there were only 2 tiny pillows on the bed, typical rooms have 4 pillows if they are that size. I called the front desk the second night to ask if I could get extra pillows and was told that they didn’t have any first, and then the man said they might have one. One pillow in a hotel with 500 rooms seemed crazy to me. So if someone gets one dirty or has a child with them or god knows what else they are just SOL for the stay??? On top of that, when the front desk person said he did have one, I had to go down to the front desk to get it instead of having it brought to the room. Not a big deal, but I have stated a lot of hotels, and I have never once requested something from the front desk and been told that I needed to come down and get it myself. I have also never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have extra pillows in the building.. other than that one small thing everything else was great though

At check in, I requested for the sofa bed to be made and receptionist promised it would already have been made up. We opened the sofa bed in the evening and turns out the sofa bed wasn’t made up. Receptionist said there was no longer any housekeeping after 4pm so they passed us sheets and bedding to make the bed ourself. However the duvet was damp and stank badly of sweat and I had to request for another one. Was given another “duvet” that was actually a mattress protector. By that time after multiple trips to the lobby (no phone in the room to call the front desk) we just made do with it but was uncomfortable as it did not fit well. Next day after the day out, we returned and found the room was not tidied despite there supposed to be housekeeping. Beds barely made, duvets just thrown on haphazardly, pillows not arranged, towels unchanged. The sofa bed was not tidied either. No apology at all from the front desk. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend as there are many other hotels in the vicinity that have just as good location.  

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Alles war meist großartig bis ... Ich ging am Morgen ins Auto und war komplett in einem scharf-schaum-dicken weißen Rückstand bedeckt. Auf die Frage, erzählte mir ein anderer Gast, dass es wahrscheinlich aus dem Sprinklersystem stammt, das Wasser mit einer Art Kalziumlagerung sprüht. Ich war wütend. Ich ging sofort zum Kreis K Waschwagen und es nahme 2 $10.00 Laserwasch (eine mit Spinnschalen) um es zu entfernen. Ich bin noch nicht sicher, ob es perfekt geht. Ich habe schlechte Dinge online über die möglichen Auswirkungen von Calcium auf Autos gelezen. Auf Anfrage wurde mir vom Empfangsmitglied darüber unterrichtet, dass das Hotel nicht mit den Kosten der Waschung von Autos helfen kann. Vielleicht ist das ein häufiger Vorfall in Montana, aber, wo ich bin, wenn Sie einen Scheiß auf jemandens Auto machen, sollten Sie bereit sein, ihnen zu helfen, es zu reinigen (insbesondere wenn sie ein zahlender Gast sind). Insgesamt scheint das ein schönes Hotel zu sein, aber ehrlich gesagt, dieser Calcium-Junk, der über mein Auto sprühte, war Wettbewerb BS!

Es gibt einen echten Kundenservice-Anstrengungen, um dieses Hotel zu verbessern. Shawn der Manager erlaubte mir, früh als aBW Platinum-Mitglied zu prüfen. Er lässt mich meine Taschen früh am Morgen fallen und rief mich an, als das Zimmer bereit war. Er hatte sogar die Taschen im Zimmer vor meiner Rückkehr. Das Frühstück war großartig für diese Art von Hotel. Die Cliente war respektvoll und freundlich. Oh. Und Shawn rief sogar nachdem ich auscheckte, als ich hinter einem wichtigen Artikel zurückbleibe.  Der Pool/Sauna-Raum ist jedoch nicht funktionsfähig, und mein Zimmer hatte einen schwimmenden Haustier-Luft und sichtbare Teppich. Ich bin ein Hundbesitzer und Tierliebhaber, aber Haushalter müssen den Manager wirklich informieren, da das Zimmer nicht zugewiesen hätte sein sollen. Ich persönlich denke, Hotels müssen 500 Dollar für die Reinigung zahlen, wenn Hundehaare oder andere 'Rest' hinterlassen werden. Ich werde nicht auf einer bestimmten LaWyndham Marke bleiben, die eine großzügige Haustierpolitik hat. Ihre Zimmer riechen alle wie Fifi und Buddy blieben dort. Ich hoffe, dass sich diese Eigenschaft weiter verbessern wird.

Pros: the hot tub, pool and dry sauna. They were amazing - esp. the dry sauna that is open 24/7. This was the highlight of my stay. The beds were also comfortable. Cons: rooms are tight, had to unplug heater/cooling device to turn it off because the wall thermostat wouldn't turn it off. There's nowhere to hang anything, like hand towels by the sink, and bathroom is super tight with low, small toilet that had to be flushed twice each time. Beware that Trip.com gives you the option to book a pet-friendly room (for which I paid extra), but the hotel informed me it's a separate charge that you pay when you check in and NOT payable through Trip.com. The hotel kindly waived the fee, for which I'm grateful. Staying for a few days, the size of the room became an issue. Also, if you are staying here for Glacier National Park, note that it is far away (approx. 2 hours to get to a hike) and the driving is intense with high speeds and sometimes, heavy cross winds.

I watched this place be constructed so I was excited about our stay knowing it was brand new. The front lobby was clean. The check in clerk was nice but seemed very spacey to put it nicely. I was able to get an extra pillow and blanket. They is a decent area of sun dries on site. Our room was nice. Clean for the most part. Show may have been skipped in last cleaning. Our room was ADA and the mattress would fall thru the frame whenever my husband got into bed. We expressed this concern when checking out because it could hurt someone if they were actually handicapped. We just got the room because it was last available. She didn’t seem that concerned. So who knows. But it’s right on main. Near mall and lots of shopping and eateries. Not too far from downtown Bozeman. It’s great to have a kitchen to save more on food. The gym was nice. Small but clean. I would stay again just because of its location and the kitchen.

In West Yellowstone ist diese Bedingung absolut richtig, mit den Merkmalen, der Service denkt nicht daran, umgeben von Chinesisch-Essen, westliches Essen, Schmuck und Tee ist sehr bequem zu sehen, zum Frühstück gehen Sie nach McDonald's.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, die Zimmer sind sehr gut, es ist darauf zu achten die Nähe zur Highspeedseite zu vermeiden, etwas laut. Außerdem können Sie von hier aus direkt nach Seattle fahren, nicht unbedingt in Spokane.

4 Sterne für Reinigung, weil das Nichtraucherzimmer schmeckt wie Zigaretten. Aber sie gab uns ein anderes Zimmer ohne Probleme.
