The overall service was truly excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every request I made was handled promptly and with care, which I deeply appreciated. One highlight was how they surprised my mom for her birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special for our family. The only downside was the therapist they arranged for my mom. Unfortunately, she seemed distracted during the massage, frequently using her phone, which affected the quality of the service. Despite this minor issue, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time overall.

Sehr empfohlen. Der Service und das Empfang sind außergewöhnlich, wie auch die exquisite Waldlage und Umgebung des Hotels im Camp John Hay, Baguio. Obwohl es ein ziemlich altes Hotel ist, werden die höchsten Standards geliefert. Es ist ziemlich teuer, obwohl die Mahlzeiten und Trinkmöglichkeiten für ein Hotel dieser Natur sehr vernünftig geschätzt werden. Wir genossen wirklich einen sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt, genießen die Außenaussichten und erleichterten klassischen Charme. Großes Job, und danke!

The room was clean and it’s a walking distance to burnham park. I’m only concerned about the smell coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Additionally, they would enter without permission when they think you are not in the room.

Abseits vom Burnham Park und in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, daher ist es gut, sich auszuruhen, und wenn Sie die Stadt verlassen, ruft der Wächter ein Taxi, sodass Sie leicht dorthin gelangen und sich schnell fortbewegen können. Schön, dass es in Baguio keine Taxibar gibt. Es ist gut für eine 4-köpfige Familie zu bleiben. Das Essen beim Frühstück war köstlich. Die Speisekarte änderte sich jeden Tag, also habe ich gut gegessen. Wenn ich wieder nach Baguio gehe, werde ich es wieder besuchen.

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Das Hotel war gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber unser Zimmer war nicht klang Proof. Wir konnten den Lärm von unten am Abend hören schreien. Wir konnten nicht schlafen.

It was beautiful. the interior of the mansion is luxurious looking , i like the view coz its just near camp john hay so many pine trees. thank you trip.com for arranging this hotel, despite having issues on my first booking. overall i love my stay here. 🌲🌲❄️🥶 relaxing stay..

We arrived Feb 15 10am, medyo napaaga ng konti. The room is good for 5 pax, with balcony for both rooms. Malinis and well maintained naman po ang Unit. Accomodating namang recep, but the host didn’t contact me since nasa abroad pa daw sabi ng receptionist. happy and satisfied naman kami ng family ko. With wifi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix is not working lang.

Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr groß und können Sie Ihr Essen kochen, wenn Sie wollen. Die Lage ist etwas schwer zu finden und vorsichtig nicht mit anderen Eigenschaften, die auch Prestige Ferienhäuser genannt werden - mit diff-Kondo-Name.
