Sehr glücklich mit diesem Hotel es war sauber und komfortabel Service war hervorragend, vor allem die Dame, die uns in sie reservierte war brillant Frühstück war schöne Menge der Vielfalt und gehalten gut gelagert würde sicherlich wieder dort bleiben und empfehlen anderen

We stayed at Ramada Wellington and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping is done every three days, with towels available on request if needed earlier. There were a few hiccups—utensils could’ve been cleaner, and the aircon/heat pump wasn’t working when we checked in on a Sunday. It took a couple of days to get fixed, but the team did provide a fan and portable heater in the meantime. Overall, a decent spot for short stays with a central location and warm hospitality.

Our favourite hotel to run away to for a weekend in Wellington or a short escape. Nice rooms with good sized shower, toilet . Nothing extra fancy but comfortable and clean. Parking on site is $20 per night. Lovely big brealfast is included in the price with juices, tea or coffee. Fruit and cereals, or bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms hash browns and baked beans ... A great location woth a short walk to cuba mall or carrybon further to the water front. Happy to recommend the Willis.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr neu oder frisch saniert. Einige Zimmer haben keine Fenster oder nur sehr eingeschränkten Blick aus den Fenstern. Die Lage ist Zentrumsnähe aber ruhig.

Das Hotel liegt in der Cuba Street, die zum Einkaufen und Essen sehr praktisch ist. Im Allgemeinen ist es relativ praktisch. Es ist eine besondere Überraschung, eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer zu haben! Es gibt auch eine Kaffeemaschine, Kapselkaffee, Teebeutel usw. im Zimmer. Das Lichtdesign des Hotels ist ziemlich psychedelisch und die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist durchschnittlich. Man hört Geräusche vom Flur oder dem Nebenzimmer.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

My flight was cancelled and had to book this hotel since it is located within the airport. Would consider this as one of the better airport hotels whenever I travel. Recommend staying here especially if you have an early morning departure or late night arrival.

It's a nice place to spend a night. A drink in the bar before dinner helps. I don't know much about the food as I had a pizza only. An average meal. Oh, the conference facilities are good.

Im Herzen der Stadt in der Nähe der Aktion, wenn Sie am Abend ausgehen möchten. Wir verpassten die Klimaanlage, weil es warm in unserem Zimmer war. Wir hatten nett Aussicht auf die Kirche neben dem Hotel

Ich begrüße den persönlichen Service des Hotels. Ich habe mich nur wegen meiner großen Bereitschaft für die Buchung verirrt und habe mich nur nach der Zahlung verirrt. Gemäß den Bestimmungen des Hotels ist die Buchung unverändert und unwiderruflich. Einige Stunden später kommunizierte ich mit dem Hotel über den Trip.com-Kundenservice und erklärte sich bereit, die Änderung kostenlos zu beantragen.
