Det var et rigtig fint og behageligt ophold og da jeg skulle forlade hotellet mistede min kone sin telefon og de ringede med de samme til os og sagde det til os så vi var nødt til at gå hele vejen tilbage det er bare ti ud af ti oplevelse jeg er så glad for at Telefonen er tilbage god service 

Staff is friendly polite. Room is huge, aircon cold. Legit coffee machine in the room amazing. Buffet breakfast well variety but for Vegetarian only have breads & pastry. Only cons might be the traffic heading towards the hotel is crazy as there's a mega fun fair just beside. You might stuck a good time in the traffic just by going out or returning. No convenient stores or amenities nearby, so need to travel to centre area. Still highly recommended this hotel as its worth for value, allow us to rest comfortably.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, ich bin zufrieden, es ist den Preis wert... es ist nur Frühstück, es ist einfach normal, es gibt nicht viele Tische, wenn man zu spät kommt, muss man anstehen...

Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional. I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner. However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response. After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice. At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

The hotel is clean and smell really good. The room is spaciou and bed is good. We have good night rest. Shower pressure is good and bathroom size is just nice. The only complaint we have is the shower glass panels is too small and this cause the water splash out. room is well equipped with all emenities. They even provide red wine glasses, and plates in the rooms. What surprise me is they have a big cabinet that is with combination lock. This is a very good facility for whoever have big bag to keep safe.

Der Service ist sehr ineffizient; der Check-in hat 40 Minuten gedauert. Es gibt keinen chinesischen Service. Die Sauberkeit ist schlecht, der Teppich ist schmutzig und die Einrichtungen sind veraltet. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick auf einen Lichthof. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Very disappointing stay overall. The room was poorly soundproofed, and the noise level throughout the night was terrible. Guests checking in late could be heard clearly from the corridor and nearby rooms, making it very difficult to sleep. Even small noises would easily wake you up. What made the experience worse was the poor handling of the hotel facilities issue. The water supply went down and the lift was also not working. Guests were unable to wash up or even properly use the toilet, yet there was no apology or proper communication from the hotel staff. It felt like the situation was badly managed with little concern for the guests’ comfort or inconvenience. For the price and standards expected from a hotel stay, this was extremely disappointing and stressful. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

Das Zimmer war bequem und gemütlich und es war schön, YouTube im TV zu bekommen. Es gibt jedoch einige Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten. Die Fernbedienung hatte keine Batterie, was es ungünstig machte zu verwenden. Der Tauch wurde sehr langsam geklopft und abgewässert. Auch gab es einen Müll im Kühlschrank, so dass die Reinigung etwas mehr verbessert werden konnte.

This the second time im staying here. First time was a week ago and the staff was fantastic but unfortunately this time there was this guy(i dont know him/her) was very rude. Totally pissed me off, if you cant be nice and polite in your service industry then better just stay at home!!! Very arrogant.

Overall i will give 2.5/5.0 The kitchen towel provided was not clean The toilet cleanliness was 3.5/5.0 The tv have no netflix, very hard to used smart tv Only provided 2 hanger, but for family of 4 not enough provided Bed and pillow was okay Hairdryer and iron provided was poor functioning - cheap brand For price rm 300+ stay overnight - given studio room no separation room/divider/small room And have to pay deposit rm 100 refundable and pay parking rm10 I feel so not worthy The price should be 200+ for this kind of room and services
