Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал! Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!! Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера. По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест. Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr gut und die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten. Es ist sehr sauber

Der Kerl auf der Rezepschen schien unweltgefällig. Kommen Sie eine Stunde vor der Abwicklung, bot er eine Abwicklung früher für $6 pro Stunde an. Ich weiß nicht, ob dieser Chip des Hotels für jede Stunde so eine Schande ist. Aber es hat uns gleich weggetrieben. Wenn das Zimmer kostenlos ist, warum nicht Ihre Kunden eine Stunde früher einstellen? Das Zimmer ist insgesamt groß, alles funktioniert gut. Wir waren dort eine Nacht und wir hatten genug.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Das Zimmer war riesig. Salamat am Rezeption war freundlich und versuchte uns bei Buchungstouren zu helfen. Das Wasser in der Dusche war kalt, was enttäuschend war.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Rezeption kann Englisch sprechen und ein wenig Mandarin, das ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Fitnesszimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Pool. Frühstückswahl ist genügend mit frischem Obst
