Als ich das Hotel betrat, wurde ich vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal herzlich begrüßt. Durch ihre aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft fühlte ich mich von Anfang an wie ein geschätzter Gast. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und ich wurde schnell in mein makelloses Zimmer begleitet.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre ist elegant, das Eigentum ist schön gepflegt und der Service ist auf einem anderen Niveau.

Since I booked for my teams. They said the customer service is friendly, room clean and acceptable prices, also meals are good. Thank you

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett war recht weich, sodass ich bequem schlafen konnte. Vor allem die Frühstücksoptionen waren abwechslungsreich und das vor Ort zubereitete Dosa war wirklich lecker. Besonders der Whirlpool, die Sauna und das Schwimmbad sind wirklich das Beste. Alles war perfekt, sogar der großartige Service des Personals, der mich dazu brachte, das nächste Mal wieder zu besuchen.

Arrived late and it was raining lightly. Lovely to walk undercover to the hotel, which was clearly signposted and have a smooth check-in. Gorgeous breakfast with so  many options!Took a swim in the pool and wished I had more time to indulge in a massage. Late check out and a quick walk back to the airport meant this was a very enjoyable stopover.plus

Good clean hotel with a small shopping centre next door that has food court and cinema on upper floor as well as a good Italian restaurant called toscano

Good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is outside the city limits, but traffic is not heavy. Room service and restaurant prices are very high.

Etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt, als ich es mir gewünscht hätte, aber das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren ausgezeichnet, das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Bett war etwas hart, aber mein Aufenthalt war komfortabel.

Best place to stay with family, I enjoyed it. Food was really awesome especially the barbeque. I never ever ate before outside. Nice friendly staff and great hospitality... Highly recommended. I have celebrated my birthday I didn't expected.. thanks to club Mahindra
