The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

Es war schwierig zu verstehen, was das Personal sagte. Sie schienen immer ungeduldig, auch wenn sie versuchten zu helfen. Es schien, als ob unser Zimmer nicht das war, was wir reserviert haben, aber wir haben es nicht mit dem Personal erhoben, weil es schwierig war, in Englisch zu kommunizieren. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre ist elegant, das Eigentum ist schön gepflegt und der Service ist auf einem anderen Niveau.

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

ideal location Excellent facility. 2 issues 1. Uber doesn’t come to hotel, you have to walk to airport and then stand in a usually long queue. I think Taj has some arrangements with Uber that needs to be looked at. 2. No indoor swimming pool.

Das Hotel ist OK, Ich habe auf meiner Reise in 3 Fern Hotels geblieben, das war das Beste. Die Zimmer sind OK, ein wenig mehr Mühe bei der Reinigung der Badezimmer würde helfen. Frühstück war eine komplette Zeitverschwendung. Der Kaffee war ungetränkbar und sehr wenige Optionen im Buffet. Es war ok für die 2 Nächte, aber das ist es.

Had a comfortable stay. Lovely staff, good location. Amazing view of the Race course. Lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Horse Race.

Best place to stay with family, I enjoyed it. Food was really awesome especially the barbeque. I never ever ate before outside. Nice friendly staff and great hospitality... Highly recommended. I have celebrated my birthday I didn't expected.. thanks to club Mahindra
