Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

Diese Lage ist gut, nahe einigen touristischen Attraktionen. Hotel ist super sauber und großartig Service und Einrichtungen. Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Porridge für den Abendessen. Komplimentarer Kaffee von der Kaffeemaschine im Hotellobby zu.

The hotel is situated in the suburbs, but there is a metro station within 500 m from the hotel. It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

Das Hotelpersonal ist überwältigend. Sehr nett und willkommen. Check-in war reibungslos und schnell , das Personal ist sehr nett, schnell und hilfreich bei der Beantwortung von Fragen und bei der Bearbeitung von Fragen. Am zweiten Tag hatte sie eine Notreise nach Peking, Frau Pang Ping und Wang halfen organisieren Transport zum Flughafen, um die U-Bahn nach Peking zu bekommen, sie setzte sich an, um zu sehen, wo wir bei unserer Rückkehr erreicht hatten und organisierte ein Auto, um uns zu holen, seit wir Sie hat uns gut an das Abendpersonal übergeben, um uns bei der späten Nacht wieder ins Hotel zu helfen. Herr Wang, unser Fahrer zum Flughafen sprach Englisch und hilfreich war, uns Richtungen zu den U-Bahn- und Bahnhof zu geben. Der Fahrer, Herr Chen, ein sehr nettes Mann, war bereits am Flughafen, als wir uns aufholten. Als wir zum Hotel kamen, hielte er für eine Erfrischung aus dem Hotelrestaurant. Wir hatten einen frühen Morgenflug und Frau Song Jia und Frau Wang Qian waren sehr nett, uns um 4:30 Uhr aufzurufen, für uns ein Auto zum Flughafen zu organisieren und uns mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen. Der Hotel-Aufenthalt war insgesamt komfortabel und schön. Im Geschäftszimmer mit Doppelzimmer schlafen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Im Hotel gibt es ein eigenes Waschzimmer. Ausgezeichneter Service und Personal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen und der Aufenthalt vollwertig. Empfehlenswert für Reisende, die einen ruhigen Nachtaufenthalt wollen und auch nahe dem Flughafen Hotel 🥰😘

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach fantastisch! Alle Mitarbeiter waren professionell, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und einladend. Meine Butlerdame Vivian, äußerst serviceorientiert und detailverliebt, hat einen großartigen Job gemacht und meinen Aufenthalt im St. Regis auf ein ganz neues Niveau gehoben. Sie hat mich sogar einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft kontaktiert. Ich würde das St. Regis auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und es meinen Freunden, die einen wirklich luxuriösen Aufenthalt suchen, wärmstens empfehlen!

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Ich wollte zum Frühstück in die nordwestliche Ecke von Tianjin und habe mich schließlich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die U-Bahn-Station Nordwestecke und daneben die Frühstücksstraße. Um 7 Uhr morgens kann ich Besuchen Sie mehrere beliebte Frühstücksläden. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Einkaufszentren, sodass Sie ohne Verzögerung essen, trinken und Spaß haben können. Das Internet-Celebrity-Check-in-Riesenrad befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. In den Ferien hat die Hotelrezeption das Kinderzimmer aufgewertet. Dieses Kinderzimmer ist wirklich toll! Die Kinder leben dort, bis sie nicht mehr weg wollen, und die Eltern haben völlig freie Hand. Muss eine gute Bewertung abgeben! ! !

Die Lage ist top, direkt am Haihe-Fluss und nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadtstraße entfernt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, zum Beispiel die Restaurantleiterin, die junge Dame im Dessertbereich und eine Reinigungskraft mit langen Haaren. Beim Frühstück erkannten wir eine grüne Dattel nicht und fragten die Reinigungskraft beiläufig. Sie nahm sich die Zeit, es für uns auf ihrem Handy nachzuschlagen, sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ziemlich komplett, aber etwas veraltet. Der Griff auf der Innenseite der Toilettentür war kaputt und wurde nicht repariert. Die elektronische Waage hatte keine Batterie. Der Föhn war etwas laut und selbst nach dem Ausschalten der Klimaanlage war noch ein Brummen zu hören, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigte. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war das Gesamterlebnis gut und entsprach dem Preis.

We had the best experience staying at the Four Seasons in Tianjin. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Melinde took time to greet guests and remember details about our stay, our check out date, even my love for Jian bing guo zi! She then worked with her team to ensure that those preferences and details were noted across all our interactions with the hotel staff. We appreciated the special care from 小齐, Leo, Elyn and our room attendant Qiu Hua (?). The warm and personable customer experience really sets the Four Seasons apart from the Ritz Carlton. The decor was modern, tasteful, and the amenities were just right. The rooms were spacious and very clean. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Tianjin which offered a crib for our little one. The one mini gripe I had was that the light switches were a bit confusing but other than that we loved every bit of our stay.  We also enjoyed the breakfast options and especially loved the freshly made wontons and melon and date juice. Staying at the Four Seasons was one of the highlights of our stay in Tianjin and we look forward to being back!

Das ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel im Stadtzentrum ist und schon länger geöffnet hat. Daher rechnete ich zwar mit einem gewissen Standard, aber so schlimm hatte ich es mir nicht vorgestellt. Das erste Zimmer war unglaublich heiß, fast so heiß wie die Tiefgarage. Ich dachte, die Klimaanlage sei gerade erst eingeschaltet worden und die Temperatur im Zimmer noch nicht gesunken, aber nach einer halben Stunde war es immer noch genauso stickig, und ich schwitzte noch mehr. Ich sprach das Personal an, und man sagte mir: „Es liegt nicht daran, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert; es ist eine zentrale Klimaanlage, und die Anlage ist alt.“ Kurz gesagt: Die Klimaanlage war nutzlos, und der einzige Weg, das Zimmer zu kühlen, war der Ventilator. Das Personal war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und half mir, in eine Suite umzuziehen. Die Temperatur in dieser Suite war deutlich angenehmer als in der vorherigen, aber ich musste trotzdem den Ventilator laufen lassen, um schlafen zu können. Den Geräuschpegel, den ich neben dem Bett gemessen habe, kann man sehen. Dann passierte etwas noch viel Merkwürdigeres: Neben dem Bett befand sich ein Hauptschalter. Ich drückte den Hauptschalter, und obwohl alle Lichter im Zimmer ausgingen, ließ sich mein Handy nicht aufladen. Also begann ich, den Schalter von außen nach innen zu testen, und es dauerte weitere fünfzehn Minuten, bis das Licht zum Schlafen angenehm war. Und als ich morgens aufwachte, war ein Spalt in den Vorhängen, den ich nicht schließen konnte! Die Sonne schien mir direkt ins Gesicht! Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine so lange Hotelbewertung schreibe; ich bin wirklich sprachlos. Ich verstehe beim besten Willen nicht, wie dieses Hotel fünf Sterne bekommen konnte.
