Hand Lettered Love is hosting a pumpkin calligraphy workshop at Layered Home Living in Langley! In this beginner friendly workshop, you will get a crash course on the faux calligraphy technique with the goal of lettering your very own faux pumpkin to take home. While we won't go into the same depth we usually do in my beginner calligraphy workshop, we will start by practicing various hand lettered fall and Halloween themed phrases in our workbooks. Next, you'll choose a phrase/word to letter on your pumpkin that you'll take home to keep. All materials will be provided. What you get: A workbook with alphabet exemplar and sample phrases for you to practice during the workshopA cream coloured faux pumpkin to take home (choice between two sizes)Sips and snacksAn evening of fun with like-minded company!The store will be open before the workshop if you'd like to come early to browse or shop. Terms & ConditionsThese are intimate workshops so space is limited. Registration in advance is required. Please make sure you are able to attend the workshop date as refunds will not be given once purchase is made. If you are registering for multiple students, please let us know the names of all attendees so we can seat you together. Doors will open 5 minutes before the start of the workshop. For guests 18+ (but please message me if you would like to bring an attendee who is under 18 years of age). This event will be professionally photographed and shared on social media. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed. In the event that the workshop does not meet a minimum capacity, guests who have registered will be notified via email for cancellation 2 days prior to the event.
