One of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️ This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕 But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ... We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ... If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!! Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ... Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

Hotels im Ausland berechnen den Preis pro Person. Wir hatten zunächst ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, da wir dachten, unser elfjähriges Kind würde kostenlos übernachten. Trotzdem wurden uns 20 Euro berechnet, was verständlich war. Später wurde uns kostenlos ein Einzelbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotelpersonal sprach etwas besser Englisch als die Leute außerhalb des Hotels. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Strandes, nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt, und etwa zwei Kilometer vom Glockenturm.

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

Und der dritte ist wie eine Frau, wissen Sie sogar, was in einem Frauenkopf passiert, wenn Sie diese Art von Bemerkung erhalten, obwohl Sie nicht verdächtig waren? Als Frau fühlen Sie sich Angst und messen Sie das Risiko, dass der Mann vor Ihnen Es repräsentiert, weil Sie allein sind, gefährdet, nicht in Ihrem Land. Wenn Sie LKW-Fahrer kritisiert, die nur weibliche Hitchhiker holen wollen, weil sie sich für Sex mit ihnen interessieren, Sie sind nicht anders als diese Art von Person, indem Sie so mit mir verhalten. Es ist 2025, ich bin eine Frau, und ich akzeptiere nicht mehr diese Art von unpassenden und unachtsamen Verhalten von Männern. Sie dürfen das nicht tun, ob es mit Ihren Kunden oder mit jungen Frauen, jede Frau, und auch wenn Sie das als „Spiel“ sagen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. angenehmen Mitarbeiter, angemessener Preis. Alter TV (( Frühstücke sind nicht ganz klar, eines Tages gab es eine schwedische Tisch und in der anderen nicht ..

We were in Izmir when we decided to get a room in Çeşme and I booked this hotel trough Trip.com. It had best ratings and it came up 1st of the list. We didn’t think twice cos we are not keen in staying in hotels for our holiday as we like to travel around. So we didn’t expect anything wow for a 3 stars hotel. But to be honest we found the place charming, a cute family owned small hotel with a cosy veranda for breakfast, served every morning by polite staff. You don’t order anything but eggs, the rest comes fresh from the kitchen: olives, cheeses, watermelon, nuts, honey, tomato and cucumbers and other stuff as meze style. Rooms are small but cosy and clean with a side balcony facing the garden. That’s all we needed. The owner is a gentle person fluently in English and very helpful. We had a problem with hairdryer and a new one came in a minute. Location for us is the best part and that’s why we chose it. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach, a nice side walk between villas and the cristal water shore. 5 minutes from the marina and all the bars, restaurants and beach clubs. You can just step out from the hall and stop a minibus (dolmush) with your hand. Can go to Alaçati or Cesme in 10 minutes for only 1 euro. If you not too fussy and want to spend few days in a good, clean, cosy and friendly environment we highly recommend to try Mon Ilica Otel.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, in der Nähe von allem. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber spärlich. Snacks an der Bar oder sonstige Extras sind unglaublich teuer.

Das Hotelpersonal half uns beim Parkservice. Kurz nachdem wir ins Zimmer zurückgekehrt waren, kam das Hotelpersonal und teilte uns mit, dass unser Auto angefahren worden war und der Rückspiegel kaputt war. Wir hatten gerade eingecheckt, also gingen wir los, um das Autoproblem zu lösen, suchten nach der Versicherungspolice der Autovermietung und lösten dieses Problem weiter. Unterwegs warteten wir in der Lobby auf die Polizei, die kommen und dieses Problem lösen sollte. Der Rückspiegel auf der Fahrerseite war kaputt und wir konnten nicht fahren. Nach der Kommunikation sagten sie, dass wir die Versicherung der Autovermietung hätten und das Auto in Izmir wechseln könnten. Die Autovermietung könnte kommen, um das Auto zu wechseln. Wir haben zwei Stunden verschwendet. Dann kam auch die Polizei. Die Angelegenheit wurde erledigt und der Unfallbericht ausgefüllt. Ich dachte, damit wäre die Sache erledigt. Die Autovermietung würde vorbeikommen, um das Auto auszutauschen. Das Hotelpersonal sagte immer wieder, dass sie vorbeikommen würden, um das Auto auszutauschen. Nachdem wir mehrere Stunden vergeudet hatten, gingen wir essen. Viele Restaurants waren gegen 19 oder 20 Uhr geschlossen. Wir aßen etwas und gingen zurück ins Hotel. Gegen 21 oder 22 Uhr rief das Hotelzimmer an und sagte, wir müssten am nächsten Tag zur Autovermietung am Flughafen fahren, um das Auto zu wechseln. Ich war völlig fassungslos. Sie hatten zugestimmt, vorbeizukommen, um es zu wechseln, also dachte ich, es sei nur Zeitverschwendung und ich würde deprimiert sein. Wer hätte gedacht, dass es so sein würde! So wütend! Zum Autowechseln mehr als zehn Kilometer in die entgegengesetzte Richtung des Flughafens fahren! Ich sagte, es sei gefährlich zu fahren, weil der Reflektor kaputt sei. Sie sagten, sie hätten ihn für uns repariert und wir könnten ihn morgen überprüfen. Inzwischen war es spät und die Kinder schliefen. Ich überprüfte ihn am nächsten Tag und es war offensichtlich, dass der Reflektor mit Klebeband zugeklebt und kaputt und platt war. Wir haben so viel Zeit damit verschwendet, uns mit dieser Angelegenheit zu befassen, und am Ende hatten wir selbst Pech, dass wir das Auto wechseln mussten. Wir fragten das Hotel, ob es eine Entschädigung gäbe, und sie sagten nein! Ich habe für einen Hotelaufenthalt bezahlt, aber der Service und die Umgebung des Hotels haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es gibt keine nennenswerte Entschädigung. Marriott hat als großes Hotel keinerlei Verantwortung übernommen. Die Erfahrung war überhaupt nicht gut. Es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

I had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels. One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.
