Das Hotel ist großartig und kommt den Gästen entgegen. Die Lage ist auch in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Had four nights in this hotel was it was a pleasant stay . Staff were good and accommodating . Rooms are nice .

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Das Hotel ist schön und befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Zimmer sieht groß aus und das Bett ist so riesig. Die beim Frühstück servierten Lebensmittel sind gern. Ich mag auch die Live-Koch (Eier und Pancakes). Es gibt ein Fitnesscenter und ein Pool, obwohl ich nichts benutzen konnte. Das Restaurant/Bar am oberen Rand ist so gemütlich. Sie haben auch große Lebensmittelwahlen, obwohl ein bisschen enttäuschend mit begrenzten Wahlen für Getränke. Insgesamt liebe ich meinen Aufenthalt für 3 Nächte und empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It has poor facilities. The smell of the room is not fine with me. The Cr of the room we stay at is not okey. This is the first time that I experience a kind reddoorz but poor.

the bad thing we stayed for 3 nights,we had the Matrimonial room,the worst hotel room we ever stayed, no window,no refrigerator the room have smell like sewage,and its feels like we are in isolated room, we have to open the door day and night because of the smell,we told the receptionest when we left hoping they.ve done something about it,so no one else can experience,what we had experienced, the room has no lift so i suggest don't bring lots of luggage. the good thing, location is great,just walking distance to almost everything, service with the smile, free breakfast, we wont be coming back though.

Wir haben dieses Hotel zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Und dies war das erste Mal, dass die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer leider nicht richtig funktionierte. Wir haben uns sofort an den Kundendienst gewandt und ein Techniker hat die Klimaanlage überprüft und festgestellt, dass es ein Problem gab. Dann haben sie uns in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, dessen Klimaanlage einwandfrei funktioniert. Danke. Der Hauptgrund, warum ich dieses Hotel immer buche, ist die Nähe zum Flughafen und die gute Anbindung an das Einkaufszentrum Robinsons.

Insgesamt ist es immer ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Summit Hotel. Ich habe seit 2023 jedes Jahr mit demselben Hotel verblieben. Sie gab mir eine späte check-out, weil das Zimmer noch nicht bereit war. Das Hotel ist strategisch gelegen und sehr zugänglich. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Pool ist schön. Der einzige Nebenteil ist kein Fitnessraum. Ich hoffe, dass sie es machen können. Während meiner Aufenthalte dieses Mal war ich durch ein Dreh- und Dumping auf der Wand im nächsten Zimmer um 3 Uhr wach! Es war nur ein Bummer Coz, dass ich nicht nachher schlafen konnte. Ich berichtete es am nächsten Tag und sagte mir, dass etwas nicht stimmt mit der AC in der nächsten Tür. Und gab allen Zimmern bekannt, dass sie während des Tages einige Wartung haben und vielleicht etwas Lärm hören. Andererseits ist es ein toller Aufenthalt immer. Ich werde immer noch den Aufenthalt mit dem Summit Hotel überdenken.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich gut, es war komfortabel und das Personal war freundlich und untergebracht. Das einzige, was ist, dass das Essen nicht genau pwd freundlich ist. Es ist auch nicht genug. Der Kaffee ist nicht zur Verfügung, um sich zu sitzen. Das Gewebe ist nicht gut Qualität.
