The hotel’s location is convenient. It has an underpass to JR Nagoya and nearby malls. You can find many food and shopping options in the vicinity. I specifically requested for a room with good view. Luckily, the hotel gave me a room on the top floor and the view was magnificent (tried to take a photograph during sunset). The room was too small to my liking. For a room of three, there was barely space to unfold our luggage. I recommend getting a bigger room.

Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

A great experience with child friendly facilities, a treasure hunt every night for kids inside their room with 2 packs of Lego , the water fun place for kids which is funny, the hotel is super convenient to go Lego land and sea life Nagoya, great experience here

Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

Hotel bietet Badsalz, Körperspaß, Baumwolle Swab, Slips, Haartrockner, Zahnbürste, Razor, Rasencreme, Badesaft, Shampoo und Klimaanlage, Hand und Gesicht Schaum, Gesichtspflege-Kit, Kaffee, Tee. Replänzt Handtücher auch Sie nicht wollen, für die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer stören. Vernünftiger Haushalt. Wird nächstes Mal wieder buchen.

pretty hotel, looks like a palace. room was very big for the price. beware because the hotel is NOT in nagoya, it is in a neighboring city, and transportation from and to nagoya is quite expensive and the trains don’t come that often. there is a shinkansen station right in front of it, there is no need to go to nagoya station. the room was big and comfortable, the walls in my room were a bit dirty but it had a very nice and pretty balcony, tv with youtube and streaming services. bed was very comfortable and hotel has great service, i just wouldnt stay again because of the location.

Arrived from Tsu on the ferry and our night here was the perfect way to relax and recharge before the long journey back to London. Reception was professional and courteous and English communication was excellent.  There was a selection of quality amenities at the front desk to supplement those in the room. The room itself was well furnished and quiet and we were invited to take our trolley up and leave it by the door to make our walk to the check in desk easier.  There is a convenience store just next to the front entrance.  Breakfast was excellent, but I am married to a Japanese person and was more interested in sampling local pickles than in Western options.  Lots of fruit and vegetables meant I was well for the long haul flights.  I stayed on the newer Pacific side and was very happy with this choice, if you have an early flight and want to minimise stress and maximise comfort before your journey it’s hard to imagine anywhere more suitable.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

A fantastic stay with a prime location! The hotel is conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the relaxing lounge area where I could rest before the official check-in at 3 PM. The Onsen is excellent, the breakfast is delightful, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough—not too cramped. A great choice for travelers!
