I can never say no to hills! It was sister’s birthday and she expressed her desire of heading to the hills. Hence, we packed our bags, booked our ride and headed to the hills. For our abode, we didn’t have a second thought. We had loved the hospitality of Sterling Mussoorie last year. Hence for Nainital, we booked Sterling Holiday Resorts in Nainital. Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Nainital, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our unforgettable getaway was filled with breathtaking views, delectable food, impeccable hospitality, family time and heartwarming surprises. A beautiful drive led us to the property and upon arrival, from the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, enveloped by warm smiles, we knew we were in for a treat. We were treated to refreshing welcome drinks while the staff efficiently completed the check-in formalities. The corridors which led to our rooms were adorned with pictures that captured the essence of Nainital, further amplifying the excitement for our stay. It was time to check out our heavenly rooms. The Super Premier Room with a Balcony & Valley View was a delight! Stepping inside, we were acquainted with spaciousness and artful design. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private balcony offering a mesmerizing vista of the valley below. The room itself was a haven of comfort with calming interiors, a plush double bed overlooking the view, TV, cozy seating, ample luggage space, wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom. To add a touch of local charm, there were welcome goodies including special Uttarakhand delicacies waiting for us - a delightful start to our stay. The balcony became our favourite spot, especially during mornings and evenings. As we sipped on our cups of tea, we were enveloped by the beauty of the valley, making it the perfect way to start and end our days. After a long journey, we were famished. In-room dining came to our rescue, and we ordered some delicious grilled sandwiches with tea before heading for dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant Tadka was a visual delight, exuding elegance with a touch of greenery. Plush seating in pastel colours like pink and green created a warm and inviting ambiance. The culinary experience at Sterling Nainital was nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite here was a journey of flavours. Let us take you through the culinary extravaganza we indulged in. Our culinary adventure began with a delightful spread of appetizers. We savoured both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup, Chicken Sweet Corn Soup, and Garden Green Salad. The flavoursome soups were a perfect precursor to the mouthwatering starters. For starters, we tried the irresistible Fish Fry, Paneer Tikka, and Vegetable Kebab. The Vegetable Kebabs were particularly delightful - crispy on the outside and bursting with flavours on the inside. We could not resist ordering Chinese, our indulgence included Wok Fried Paneer and Gre

We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott, Dehradun, from 22-24 December, 2024. The hotel is conveniently located amidst serene and picturesque surroundings, and yet just 2 minutes drive from the main shopping centres on Rajpur Road. The hotel is modern and relatively new with all essential facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We had deluxe king-bedrooms that commanded excellent views of the Mussourie hills. The beds were very comfortable, providing very good quality sleep. The sofa provided doubled up as an extra bed for a third guest and was very comfortable. I haven’t seen anything like this in any other hotel. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant was very spacious, without any crammed feeling, with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. It commanded excellent views of the hills on one side and forest on the other side. Food was excellent, with a wide array of dishes in the buffet spread. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and our special thanks to the chef Mr. Naveen, who ***** with his team, went out of his way to make us comfortable and make our stay memorable. Overall, it was a very delightful and comfortable stay in a friendly environment. We would certainly like to come back here on our next visit.

We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

Zunächst möchte ich Herrn Parminder, Herrn Negi, und allen Mitarbeitern von Ellbee danken, die sich in Bezug auf Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr sehr gut auskannten. Jeder von ihnen war sehr höflich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war sehr schön, hätte aber unvergesslicher sein können, wenn die Fenster gereinigt worden wären. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Pluspunkt, da es nur wenige Gehminuten von Triveni Ghat entfernt ist, wo Mr Negi uns zum Ganga Arti brachte - - - - was eine ausgezeichnete und überwältigende Erfahrung war. Danke Mir Negi. Das Zimmer, in dem wir im 4. Stock wohnten, war überhaupt nicht gut gepflegt, der Safe / das Schließfach funktionierte nicht, die Wanne im Bad ist von irgendwoher durchgesickert und das ganze Wasser kam immer wieder heraus und machte ein Chaos im Bad. Der Heiß- und Kaltmischer hatte ein großes Problem: Entweder würde Sie das Wasser verbrennen oder es wäre einfach zu kalt für eine Dusche. Sie waren schnell genug, um uns Bodentücher zu schicken, damit wir das Wasser im Badezimmer einweichen konnten, aber wir können das Problem nicht lösen, während wir dort waren. Die Lage des Frühstücksrestaurants ist wunderschön, aber das Frühstück, das wir an den 3 Tagen dort hatten, war durchschnittlich - - - Milch war zu wässrig / dünn, Upma war unterdurchschnittlich, ebenso die Idlis, Sambhar & Dosa. Ich wünschte wirklich, sie würden die Qualität und die Instandhaltung des Hotels verbessern, besonders für den Preis, den sie verlangen. Ich würde nur 5 Sterne geben und nur für das gesamte Hotelpersonal, das unsere Reise komfortabel gemacht hat.

We had a great stay at the Tree of Life Highlands at Mussoorie. It was a peaceful stay, accompanied by quiet ambience, friendly staff, good food, and comfortable lodgings. What we liked: 1. Given the low occupancy, they upgraded our room to a room with balcony. We greatly appreciate that gesture. 2. They initiated contact through email soon after booking, and asked for additional information, while also sharing route details to reach the resort. We appreciate the follow up and communication. 3. We were self-driving to reach their place. They anticipated that we would face difficulty, and called us while we were on our way. When we neared the resort, they got into a video call with us and guided us to their location. Hats off! 4. The room was comfortably furnished, with good quality materials. Drinking water was available in copper bottles. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were also kept in steel containers. Appreciate their eco friendly approach to minimizing single use plastic. 5. The views were great. The ambience was quiet. This made for a relaxing stay. 6. They had a well stocked library. We enjoyed reading the books in the room and the common areas. It was a great way to unwind. 7. The tables in the common area had board games. It was a great way to spend time with family and disconnect from the screens. 8. Food at their restaurant was tasty and freshly prepared. 9. The day after we reached, they cleaned our car. Great gesture after a road-trip to reach there. 10. Wifi was functional and allowed getting some work done during the stay. Special thanks to restaurant staff, Sandeep, Virendar, Sagar, chef Jagadish, for their food preparation and personalized service. Thanks to front-desk staff Ashish, Ashwini and Dinesh. Thanks to Tulsi for cleaning our car. What we didn't like as much? 1. The approach road is narrow. That was one of the factors why we decided to stay put at the resort the entire time. Overall, we liked our break from the grinding routine, and it made for a relaxing stay to unwind and connect with our inner self and family.

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

On my trip through India, this was one of the most beautiful stays. The view from the clean and cozy room directly onto the Ganges and a temple was picturesque. The entire staff was very attentive and extremely accommodating. The restaurant is highly recommended. Both the breakfast with traditional Indian live music, Hi Tea and dinner were of the highest quality and the best food of my entire trip. I would especially like to thank the yoga and meditation teacher Aparna Rana. I am a trained yoga teacher myself and have been able to experience some very professional yoga and meditation classes here. Aparna took care of each and every student both before and after class. The lesson was designed for both my friend (beginner level) and me as an advanced learner. Her positive aura and charming sense of humor made the hours unforgettable. The individual asanas were patiently explained in an easy-to-understand manner. The meditation was discreetly accompanied by traditional Indian live music. Hari Om Auf meiner Rundreise durch Indien, war dies eines der schönsten Aufenthalte. Der Blick vom sauberen und gemütlichem Zimmer direkt auf den Ganges und einem Tempel war malerisch. Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sowohl das Frühstück mit traditioneller indischer Live-Musik, Hi Tea und Dinner waren von höchster Qualität und das beste Essen auf meiner gesamten Reise. Ich möchte mich ganz besonders bei der Yoga -und Meditationslehrerin Aparna Rana bedanken. Ich bin selbst ausgebildete Yogalehrerin und habe hier einige sehr professionelle Yoga - und Meditationsstunden erleben dürfen. Sowohl vor während und nach dem Unterricht hat sich Aparna um jeden einzelnen Schüler gekümmert. Die Stunde war sowohl für meinen Freund (Anfängerniveau) als auch für mich als Fortgeschrittene ausgelegt. Durch Ihre positive Aura und einem charmanten Humor wurden die Stunden unvergesslich. Geduldig wurden die einzelnen Asanas leicht verständlich erklärt. Die Meditation wurde mit traditioneller Indischer live Musik dezent untermalt. Hari Om

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and rooms was extremely clean as this is a brand new property. We loved the contemporary design. L as it has scenic views from every corner. Everything looked really new when we were there. This hotel is located little far from mall road but they provide complimentary drop sometime but the location is so peaceful that you will not regret being far away from mall road.

I've been stayed here for a week now, and this has been one of my best stays at Dehradun. The staff is as great as it can be, as well as the food here. I'm delighted to be having amazing food day by day, because of Chef Naveen. He's been on toes ready to serve fingerlicking food. Put his heart into every bite he cooks. Every interaction with the cooking and working staff has been beautiful. I hope to visit again, soon.

Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen, aber überraschend haben wir ein Eckeszimmer, wo die Toilette nicht funktionierte. Als Prozess, die wir die Rezeption angerufen und beschwerten, kommt der Kerl zu Checks und sagt jetzt seine Arbeit, später haben wir es wieder verwendet und das gleiche Problem gefunden. Wieder an der Rezeption, die gleiche Veranstaltung wiederholte, wir schließlich aufhörten, die Rezeption anzurufen und begannen, das Toilette durch einen Bucket Wasser zu fließen. Es hat uns wirklich gepisst, aber konnte nichts tun. Während ich mich als üblicherweise Rezeption Check-out war entschuldigt und versuchte mir einen Rs 500/- Rabatt auf Essen nur, um mich glücklich zu machen, was ich nicht unterhalte. Aber die Aussicht vom Zimmer und Essen im Restaurant war gut. Aber insgesamt fühlte ich mich betrübt und empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

Poor response by the lobby 2. Everything takes time there. Nothing happens soon. 3. No spa and therapies were available 4. Due to restaurant at the top floor, it's difficult to stay down. 5. Amenities needs to be improved. 6. Inhouse doctor and transportation is a must and should.

The service was amazing and they had such great vegan food! I really appreciated the free yoga every morning at 8:30. The yoga instructor was very supportive. The room was also really nice and they helped with pretty much anything I needed. Such a great experience!

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the exceptional staff to the delightful high tea overlooking the Kosi River, every aspect of our stay was memorable. The stargazing experience with Astrospots was incredible, and the parathas were absolutely delicious. The beautiful lawns added to the charm of the place. I could go on and on! We were even fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade through IHG. A huge thank you for the wonderful stay, and especially for the kindness shown to my child. We truly appreciate it!

Excellent hospitality. Continued feeling flavors of Taj. Staff highly courteous. Excellent greenery. River side is great experience. Food very tasty. Evening Aarti after after Hi Tea was unique and memorable. Garden stroll by your guide and riverside telescopic views of wild animals & birds was another new concept. Me and my wife enjoyed stay fullest.

Amazing place just simply loved the food, fact that its conveniently located, and the rooms are super comfortable ***** with sprawling gardens and a fully functional spa is like a cherry on top! had come for a small weekend getaway with family and was completely stumped by the amazing views the property offers! extremely helpful staff could cater to my requirements and simply loads and loads of space in the property to spend quality time with your family! highly recommend it and looking forward to my next visit!

Ich hatte hier eine Nacht mit meiner Familie gebräuchlich geblieben. Das Hotel liegt im Pazifik Mall, eine hervorragende Lage mit der Familie zu sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einchecken Sie sich bitte schnell. Ich hatte im Tal geblieben, das Zimmer mit ausgezeichnetem Blick auf die Berge hatte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besondere Erwähnung von Shubham , Asche im Vorbüro.

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.
