I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage (mit Anbindung an die Grüne Linie der U-Bahn) mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und bot viel Abwechslung und Auswahl. Das Personal hat uns einen besonderen Kuchen geschenkt, da wir während unseres Aufenthalts unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel anscheinend unterbesetzt ist, was sich während der Stoßzeiten, insbesondere während der Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten, bemerkbar macht.

Very value for money, staff friendliness could have been better. Food can be slightly improved too. Room size and amenities were good though.

Das Hotel hat einen komfortablen Aufenthalt, obwohl die Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene ein wenig gemütlich waren. Das Personal war super hilfreich und immer bereit, eine Hand zu leihen, was einen großen Unterschied machte. Ein Punkt ist, dass wir seit unserem Besuch während der Saison nicht einfach verfügbar war. Das Hotel ermöglichte uns jedoch, Essen von außen zu bestellen und es in das Hotel zu bringen, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste.

Location : excellent many good restaurants around. Food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin, checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. Had to request to clean up. Overall room cleanliness is average. Stay here if you are looking for an option in whitefield and your budget is <3500

Das war definitiv mein Lieblingshotel, das ich über meine ersten 2 Wochen in Indien geblieben habe. Die Lage war großartig, es war sehr bequem für den öffentlichen Verkehr und die Suche nach Cabs/Tuk Tuks. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, alles funktionierte richtig und sie waren sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar/Restaurant mit sehr guter Köder und guten Speisen. Das Frühstück war im 7. Stock des Hotels frei und war ziemlich anständig, obwohl es in diesem Bereich nicht fast genug Platz für Gäste gab (Ich saß und aß auf den Treppen außerhalb eines Morgens) und sie nicht Kaffee serviert. Meine größte Beschwerde war über das WiFi. Jede Etage hatte 2 verschiedene Router, die ich dachte übermordet, aber dann begriff ich, es war notwendig, weil vielleicht 25% der Router zu jeder Zeit richtig arbeiteten. An einem Punkt während meines Aufenthalts arbeitete keiner der Router mit einem iPhone irgendwie (ich und der einzige Mitarbeiter mit einem iPhone konnten das Internet nicht zugreifen). Mein Laptop konnte nur das Internet im Lobby zugreifen. Und die Umschaltung zwischen den Routern so oft war notwendig, um angeschlossen zu bleiben. WiFi entfernt, dieses Hotel war ein super komfortabler Ort zu bleiben, und der Preis machte es einen guten Wert. Ich würde absolut hier bleiben, wenn ich wieder nach Bengaluru kam.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.
