I could say that this hotel need renovation The location, facilities and aminities are good But the room so old and a bit creepy Ahha~ i found cockroaches in the room and toilet-.- Disappointed for 5 stars hotel

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Service war sehr gut, mit freundlichem Personal. Eine Vielzahl von Auswahlen des netten Frühstücks. Saubere Umgebung und gute Service in Bezug auf Sicherheit.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Die Lage ist strategischer nahe dem roten Licht, so dass es leicht mit 4 oder 2 Radfahrzeugen zu erreichen ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber mit kompletten Einrichtungen.

Die Wäscherei des Hotels konnte nicht von solchen Wäsche löschen, was zu einer Waschung / unveränderten Bettwäsche führte. Badehandtücher haben gegorenen Geruch, als ob sie nach dem Waschen nicht genug gesolnt / getrocknet worden sind

Schnelles Ein- und Auschecken, gutes und freundliches Personal. Während der Hauptverkehrszeit ist der Aufzug etwas langsam, man muss beim Auf- und Absteigen geduldig sein. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Swimmingpool. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das Gleiche, aber die Qualität der Speisen ist noch in Ordnung, die Speisekarte ist auch recht umfangreich

Location superb, close to main road, close to many malls and markets. Downside only room not really big compare to other hotels in palembang area. If you travel with kids can be quite hassle

Sicherheit ist gut Einstellung n Empfangsmann so ödlich, Zimmer mit etwas Wasser ist gut genug und Zimmer so weit so gut sehr sauber.
