Bisa memuat +-20 mobil -Check in cepat -Tipe kamar yang saya pilih tersedia kolam renang privat dengan air hangat sehingga menambah pengalaman menyenangkan. -Pemandangannya sangat bagus karena bisa melihat pegunungan dan sawah -Complimentary banyak (terdapat cookie, keripik singkong, minuman-minuman kemasan) -Rasa makanan in room dining menurut kami sangat enak dan diproses secara cepat Meskipun begitu, terdapat beberapa hal yang menurut kami bisa diperbaiki lagi: -Water heater di toilet suhunya tidak konsisten (kadang panas sekali, lalu tiba-tiba berubah menjadi dingin sekali. Pernah juga ketika) -Rasa makanan sarapan secara rasa sangat biasa (tapi pemandangannya sangat bagus) Sebaiknya jangan lupa membawa jaket ketika ke sini karena suhu dapat mencapai 15 derajat celcius

Gute Lage, brandneuen Ort. Sauberkeit ist erstaunlich. Personal ist freundlich. Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts ist es immer noch so viele Einrichtungen noch nicht verfügbar. Für die Arbeit an Handtüchern muss es noch schwach geöffnet werden. Die Handtücher sind ein wenig lustig, sogar ändern sich zu neuen immer noch die gleichen.

My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.

This is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

Service is standard. Location is good near the train station just walk 5 minutes from train station. Recommend for business trip especially when you travel with train

The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.

The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.
