The service from staff was ok but rooms not being cleaned for 5 days ? ?
I did advise reception that the coat hanger on the bathroom door was missing, therefore no where to hang either dressing gowns or towels. Although there was a small radiator, it is not large enough for four towels. Plus I mentioned that the room window double glazing had blown.
Also the evening lounge are could be improved.
The food and service was fine.

Apartment has everything you need.
Reception were very accommodating as we requested if possible to put us next to our family and we were next door to them.
Clean, and spacious.
Pool is lovely. Jacuzzi excellent
Changing room clean, only thing it needs is a spin dryer for your swimwear.
Restaurant is lovely, food excellent, service friendly and prompt.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Alles, was wir als Familie von 3 brauchten, außer wir waren in Zimmer 100 und es war direkt neben dem Aufzug. Jedes Mal, wenn der Loft bewegte und die Türen geöffnet, konnten Sie alles hören.. es war ganz Abend und von sehr früh am Morgen. Wir mussten mit dem Fernseher schlafen, um das anhaltende Geräusch zu verdunken.

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht gut - wenn Sie ein Zimmer eingehen, erwarten Sie einen Lichtschalter in der Nähe der Tür, statt zu den Lichtschaltern halbwegs in das Zimmer neben dem Bett zu gehen, sogar der Empfänger war verwirrt. Um ein Licht in der Nähe der Tür zu bekommen, müssen Sie das Badezimmer Licht auf !!!
Eine Socket auf der linken Seite des Fensters ist Seitenanordnungen !!!
Die Socken auf der rechten Seite des Kleidungstischs sollten nicht auf der einen Seite der anderen sein
Viele Kondensation auf den Fenstern drehen daher aufgrund der Aluminiumrahmen

Nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt, sehr modernes Zimmer . Badezimmer sauber sehr armer. Schwarzes Haar auf dem Boden, Cob-Webs über der Dusche. Handtücher schmutzig. Toilettenschal braucht Ersatz.
Sehr heißes Zimmer gegenüber der Sonne, obwohl der Fan zu heiß für den Schlaf angeboten. Nicht eine Alternative angeboten. Keine Erklärung über das Frühstück aufgestellt und was zu tun.
Gute kontinentale Frühstücksauswahl.
Person, die am Telefontag vor dem Tag antwortete, sagte hallo . Erfordert Training.

Wir lebten eine Nacht in einem Königsbettzimmer 416, es gab keine Heizung, nur Klimaanlage, aber der Luft-Con arbeitete nicht für die Heizung Funktion für die ganze Nacht seit wir ins Zimmer kamen, der Wind kam aus sind alle CLOD! Es war die ganze Nacht gefroren, verglichen mit der Temperatur war nur 2 Grad an jenem Tag. Die Erfahrung war schrecklich.

AAngelita LoidaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting.
While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully.
Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

JJadeThe room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The decor is a bit dated but for the price it’s incredibly good value. Very near both the train station and football ground. The staff kindly allowed me a late check out and looked after my luggage when I went out for the day.

ZZara MonicaBooked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night.

SSteven DowsonBeautiful hotel surrounded by farmland, extremely peaceful at night and we slept soundly in the large, comfortable bed. We only stayed one night during a road trip but would definitely return for longer, this hotel is perfect for a quiet weekend away. We ate at Rocky Bottoms on the coast in the evening but next time would try the hotel restaurant because the menu looked great, and the breakfast was excellent (loved the homemade marmalade). The staff were very warm & hospitable, we felt very welcome. The room was clean, cosy, and tastefully decorated in keeping with the period architecture. Superb value for money, we highly recommend a visit to The Saracen's Head.
