Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ok, aber ich war enttäuscht über den Service. Ich bat um eine Duvet für das Babys Babyschlaf, weil es kein Bett geliefert wurde. Leider wurde mir gesagt, dass keine verfügbar war. Stattdessen wurde mir ein Handtuch auf der harten Holzbasis des Geschirrs gegeben, das für ein Baby nicht geeignet war. Als Ergebnis musste ich meine eigene Duvet für mein Baby und schlafen ohne mich. Das war sehr ungünstig und nicht, was ich von Hilton erwartet hatte, da ich in vielen ihrer Hotels in Dubai war und der Service war top! . Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Serviceniveau, das hier in Luton angeboten wird.

Had a lovely stay. Placed at the top facing the airport and watched many airplanes take off and fly over. My room was e er so clean and had a very comfortable sofa to sit down on which was very appreciated when I was so tired. The shower was lovely and hot and complete with all I needed to wash my hair, & even Conditioner included!! Shower gel, soap and body lotion was also included in the bathroom along with two jumbo sized towels and two hand towels. Plus one floor towel. Two teabags, two coffees and a little sugar with two milks were also included in the room which I did feel was a little lacks. Four mulks min should be in the room. I asked for more and was given about 8. So I cant complain really about what was in the room, when if you ask your given plenty!! The bed was so comfy and a TV placed infront of it with many channels to watch. Blackout blind which was great for keeping bright light out until I was ready to welcome the morning into my room. Breakfast was amazing!! Everything you could ask for and more!! Felt so spoilt!! Evening meal too was nice. I honestly couldn't fault any part of my stay. The staff were lovely and wver so welcoming, plight and made me feel I was looked after if I needed anything. The hotel was clean in every single part!!! I will for sure stay here again when I need to ho on holiday or return.

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Sorry for not giving a full mark to this hotel, not because of the hotel, but for Luton... feeling unsafe when came here at 20:00 with mu Fiancée. Especially, drug and a lot of gangs standing outside the corridor between mall and hotel. A stranger knocked my door at night and seems to try to have a look inside, fortuantely, hotel staff help us to call a security to look around after he leave. Anyway, this hotel is fine, breakfast and everything are make sense except for the shampoo and body gel are empty.

Echt bequem gelegen für unsere Bedürfnisse. Nettes geräumiges Zimmer Komfortable Bett mit zwei Optionen, falls erforderlich Kaffee, Tee usw. verfügbar, wenn nötig. Frühstück selbst produzieren, begünstigen aber genügend Optionen und Vielfalt, um den Tag und die Reise nach Hause zu starten. Das Personal, das wir sahen, war sehr angenehm und sehr hilfreich. Ich würde es empfehlen. Danke.

Zuerst besuchte ich Bedford und ich liebe dieses schnelle Hotel hier. Gehbare Entfernung zum Bahnhof, wenige Restaurants in der Nähe und kurze Entfernung zum Shopping- und Essenszentrum. - Ja. Bei der Ankunft mit einem Lächeln begrüßte man die Zimmer für einen 6’3 Sportler wie mich. Allerdings ist es funktional mit allem, was Sie brauchen.

Ich hatte ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer und ein großes Bett, das bequem war. Große Bildfenster mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt über der Brücke neben dem Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte alle üblichen Einrichtungen - Kettle, Muffins, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker & Milch. Shampoo & Körperwasch im Badezimmer, Haartrockner. Box von Gewebe im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe und einen guten Druck im Dusch. Ich habe das Restaurant nicht in der Wohnung benutzt, so kann ich nicht kommentieren. Die Bar war gut und es gab einen Wasserdispenser auf dem Zähler.. Groß, um meine Wasserflasche für den Tag zu füllen. So schön, aus dem Hotel und über die Brücke zur Stadt zu gehen, einschließlich der ausgezeichneten Museen, oder auf den Pfaden auf jeder Seite des Flusses zu gehen. Nur ein wenig nach unten war der Weg nach unten die Treppen etwas bewölkt, aber es gab Aufzüge natürlich.

Sehr hilfreich freundliche Rezeption Mitarbeiter , wir konnten nicht im Hauptrestaurant, so sie nannten “Die Willows “ , die auf der gleichen Website war, um sicherzustellen, dass wir dort Essen und auch den Fußball, das war, was mein Sohn interessiert. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber, komfortable großes Bett und wunderschöne mächtige Dusche im Badezimmer. Frühstück am Morgen war Buffet, kontinuierlich mit frischem Essen aufgefüllt. Schön ruhige Einstellung würde sicherlich zurückkommen, aber sicher wären wir rechtzeitig ankommen, um den Pool zu nutzen.

Schönes Hotel ist eine tolle Lage. Schlacken und Haare auf dem Bett, als wir in unser Zimmer kamen und die Badezimmertür war gebrochen und nicht geschlossen. Wir wurden auch in Frage gestellt, dort für unser Zimmer zu bezahlen, wenn es bereits bezahlt wurde. Erwarte das nicht mit dem Preis, den Sie bezahlen, hier zu bleiben.
