Stilvolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Es bietet große Zimmer, geräumige Badezimmer und einen schönen Essbereich. Nur 3 Sterne aufgrund der Parkgebühren (11 Euro pro Tag) und des recht hohen Frühstückspreises (20 Euro pro Person).

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

Sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist gut für 10 Euro, da es für das gleiche ist, bezahlt man mehr. Das ist ja, sehr Basis . Everything was great especially the view and access to the center of Cuenca. The only problem is they charge 25 EUR per day for parking. Which you will end up with because it is very hard to park on the streets as there always are cars there. You have a museum beside the hotel too which was great

Das Toledo Tristay Hotel ist in einer guten Umgebung. Der Abendservice muss im Voraus abgewickelt werden. Normalerweise gibt es keine Rezeption um elf Uhr. Das Schlafzimmer hat keinen Schrank, es muss im Voraus an die Rezeption gerichtet werden. Es muss ein Schrank gebraucht werden, um den Rezeptor zu bedienen und so weiter. Die Zimmerclearness ist klar, gut.

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca. The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

Das Hotel liegt auf der Hügel, die Sicht ist sehr offen, die gesamte Landschaft in Toledo ist im Auge, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Schönheit ist nicht ausreichend, dass der Kälte- und Klimaanlagen-Geräusch zu schwach ist

Die Angestellten, mit denen wir während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel zu tun hatten, waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot für diejenigen von uns, die nicht das Buffet wählten, war eine tolle Idee – man konnte Kaffee und Toast bestellen und musste nur dafür bezahlen. Wir haben den Fitnessraum genutzt, aber er ließ zu wünschen übrig … es war kalt, und einige Geräte waren defekt.

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.
