Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, sie ist nicht weit von den nahegelegenen Einkaufsstraßen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Die technische Ausstattung im Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Sanitäranlagen und Öfen sind allesamt Markenprodukte und die Reinigung ist sehr sauber. Der Preis in der Nebensaison ist sehr günstig, kostengünstig und preiswert. Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist etwas schlecht und man hört Geräusche aus den angrenzenden Räumen. Um die Sicherheit zu erhöhen, wird empfohlen, an der Innenseite der Tür eine Diebstahlsicherungskette anzubringen.

A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

Umgebung: Sehr ordentlich und sauber. Service: Der Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und ruft mich rechtzeitig an. Die kleinen Feenkellner an der Rezeption kommunizieren sehr aufmerksam mit Ihnen. Auch mehrere männliche Kellner beantworten Ihre Fragen ernst und begrüßen Sie, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Mit diesen vier Worten, „Zuhause in der Ferne“, fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl. Ausstattung: Ich finde sie recht gut und relativ neu, und das Zimmer insgesamt ist sehr schick. Es ist nur so, dass das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, zur Straße hin liegt und etwas nicht schallisoliert ist. Es ist schön, einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben, und die Waschküche ist auch sehr praktisch. Auch der Transport ist recht bequem. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Chongqing reise, wird dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich meine erste und keine zweite Wahl sein! Es handelt sich lediglich um eine sehr seriöse Bewertung. Ich denke, insgesamt ist es hier ziemlich gut. Das Zimmer-Upgrade hat mich zwar etwas verwirrt, aber im Vergleich zum gesamten Wohnkomfort kann man das vernachlässigen. Schließlich ging ich sehr früh am Morgen. Das Mädchen mit der Brille arbeitete wahrscheinlich in der Nachtschicht und sah mich sofort aus ihrem Arbeitszustand kommen und überprüfte mich mit einem aufrichtigen Lächeln Sie fragte mich nachdenklich, ob ich eine Flasche Wasser brauche, gib mir ein schönes Souvenir! Das ganze Wohnerlebnis ist immer noch großartig!

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! 1. Es liegt strategisch günstig im Herzen von Chongqing. Man findet viele leckere Gerichte und kann leicht zu den verschiedenen Touristenattraktionen/versteckten Juwelen der Gegend gelangen. 2. Sehr schöne, komfortable Zimmer. Sauber und geräumig mit einer guten Aussicht auf die Nachbarschaft 3. Verfügt über einen Sitzbereich auf dem Dach. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Tolle Aussicht ohne Menschenmassen!!! 4. Frühstück kann zwischen 7:30 und 20:40 Uhr bei der Schwesterfirma, einem Nudelhaus, eingelöst werden. Sehr lecker und herzhaft. Es gibt eine nicht scharfe Option, falls Sie kein scharfes Essen vertragen. 5. Beim Auschecken gaben sie ein kleines Geschenk als Souvenir. Es waren lokale Spezialitätensnacks! Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter Nummer 5 und 11 und die Putzfrau für ihre freundliche Unterstützung während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. * Ich kann gut Mandarin schreiben, sprechen und schreiben. Die Kommunikation ist also kein Problem. Sehr wärmstens empfohlen! :)

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Jiefangbei und Chaotianmen. Es ist praktisch zum Essen und Spielen. Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, ausgestattet mit TV, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Safe, Bügeleisen, Waage... Hier ist alles vorhanden, als wäre man zu Hause. Besonders loben möchte ich das Fitnessstudio des Hotels, in dem ich 45 Minuten lang auf dem Laufband gelaufen bin. Es hat sich wirklich gut angefühlt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht riesig, aber nicht weit hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen beliebten Chuqimen-Aal-Hot Pot, den ich zweimal probiert habe und der ziemlich gut war.

⭐️Hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und kann wirklich das Fünf-Sterne-Niveau erreichen. ⭐️Ich war für 4 Tage und 3 Nächte hier. Obwohl das Zimmer groß war, konnte ich durch die Aufteilung der Zimmer jede Nacht sehr bequem schlafen. ⭐️Ich kam ein paar Stunden im Voraus zu meinem frühen Flug an und das Hotel bot mir an, 3 Stunden im Voraus einzuchecken und mich auszuruhen, und erlaubte mir auch einen späten Check-out, damit die Bedürfnisse der Kunden berücksichtigt werden konnten 👍 ⭐️Die im Zimmer vorbereitete Ausstattung kann die Absichten des Hotels widerspiegeln, wie zum Beispiel: Ferngläser, Badebälle, Desinfektionstücher, komplette Schreibwarensets usw.❤ ⭐️Füllen Sie jeden Tag Getränke und Snacks im Kühlschrank auf, die Kekse sind köstlich😋 ⭐️Die meisten Bewohner sind Geschäftsleute und der Personenstrom ist nicht gemischt. ⭐️Der Sicherheitsbeamte am Empfangstor wird die Initiative ergreifen und das Nummernschild des Taxis erfassen ⭐️In der Lobby riecht es gut🤩 ⭐️Bei der Abreise hat Ihnen das Hotel auch noch eine praktische Handtuch-Geschenkbox geschenkt🤗 🥰Wenn Sie das nächste Mal nach Chongqing fahren, werden Sie auf jeden Fall hier übernachten👍

This is a really nice room for the price! The bathtub was awesome! It is right next to the metro station and there convenient stores and places to eat within walking distance. It’s perfect if you don’t want to stay in downtown. The only bad thing I would say is that the walls are thin. You can hear the people in the hallway. But overall, it was a nice hotel and I’m glad we stayed.
