Bom em tudo! Principalmente na atenção ao hóspede. Pedi pra olharem o AC que parecia estar funcionando mal, e prontamente, foram arrumar. Quando voltei pro quarto de uma visita, o quarto já estava gelado rs. Agradeço demais a todos funcionários!

A la habitación le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, el A/C del cuarto se apagaba a cada rato, algunas piezas de los muebles de la cocina estaban flojos, los toma corrientes del cuarto al lado de las camas no funcionaban.

The hotel is actually located outside the town of Castro, but it is a good option for business travelers visiting nearby factories. The staff are friendly. Although they only speak Portuguese, they try to help as best as they can. One of my colleagues left a sandal behind, and they called us about it. The chalet has two rooms, so it is also good for family travelers. The breakfast is okay and offers a few options, but unfortunately, the staff was not very good at cooking eggs. The minibar is free and stocked with different kinds of drinks. The bed is supportive and comfortable. Unfortunately, there are some downsides. The chalet is close to grassland and woods, so some insects flew inside every time I opened the door. The first few chalets are too close to the road, so you can clearly hear trucks passing by (try to avoid No. 1 and No. 2). There was also a malfunction with the hot water supply in my chalet, which was annoying. In conclusion, it is a good choice for family travel, but not ideal for business travel.

Ein großer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt. Der Bourbon ist ein sehr schöner Ort, um in der Innenstadt Curitiba zu bleiben. Gut gelegen und sauber, es gibt wenig zu beschweren. Das Zimmer war groß genug, und die Stadtblicke waren willkommen. Wir blieben in einem kleinen, aber komfortablen Können und die Aussicht auf die öffentliche Bibliothek war schön. Die Lage war der beste Verkaufspunkt. Dieses Hotel befindet sich fast im genauen Zentrum der Stadt. Sie können hier einfach zum Keller oder 24 Stunden Street gehen, und überall ist eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Der Service war gut; wir hatten keine Beschwerden über die Hauspflege. Das Zimmer war immer schnell und gut gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch großzügig und lecker. Wir genossen wirklich die Weidereien. Der allgemeine Zustand der Reparaturen im Zimmer schien gut, aber die Böden könnten ein Reoberflächen verwenden, weil sie etwas Benutzung zeigen. Dieses Hotel ist einfach zu empfehlen, wenn Sie nach Curitiba fahren. Wir hatten eine gute Erfahrung, und wir werden wahrscheinlich hier bleiben, wenn wir wieder durch die Gegend sind.

This is a hotel for families. The pool is impossible to use from about 4pm as it is overrun with children and a man blowing a whistle loudly to coordinate children using the slide. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only one bedside lamp. There were no blankets - we had to request them as it was too hot with no ac and too cold with ac on.  There is an area for dining but the hotel could do so much more with it - have cutlery laid out and table lamps, rope the area off and draw the curtains so the view is not semi naked people in the pool. The evening we had dinner there was a dripping wet woman wrapped in a towel shouting loudly on her telephone and wandering among the tables. There is potential in this hotel - just none of it is realised.  On a positive finish there is a reasonable buffet for breakfast. The hotel is near the Main Street and easy for your pickups etc and there are restaurants nearby and a fabulous cafe just down the street.

Dieses Hotel ist ein wahrhaft historisches Gebäude. Interessierte können es aufsuchen. Das Gesamterlebnis ist wirklich wunderbar. Die größte Herausforderung besteht darin, dass es das einzige Hotel in der gesamten malerischen Gegend ist. Zwischen 9:00 und 17:00 Uhr ist die Landschaft exklusiv für Hotelgäste zugänglich. Der Preis ist nicht günstig, aber die Lage ist es wert. Nur Gäste können den Wasserfall bei Sonnenuntergang, im Mondlicht und im Morgenlicht sehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen ist preiswert, sodass es ein wirklich budgetfreundliches Erlebnis ist.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Ein ansprechendes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, Pool und Whirlpool, direkt gegenüber dem Fernbusbahnhof. Uber ist überall verfügbar und die Fahrt dauert in der Regel etwa 7 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, die Dusche sehr gut. Besonders empfehlenswert für Reisende mit Auto. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist begrenzt. Denken Sie daran, eine brasilianische Steckdose mitzunehmen, um am Busbahnhof keinen Adapter kaufen zu müssen. Die Wasserfälle auf der brasilianischen Seite sind mit Uber in etwa 35 Minuten zu erreichen. Busse auf die argentinische Seite fahren regelmäßig vom Busbahnhof gegenüber dem Hotel ab. Die Fahrt nach Argentinien ist recht teuer: 35 R$ nach Puerto Iguazu plus weitere 40 R$ von Puerto Iguazu zum Nationalpark. Die Rückfahrt kostet 150 R$ plus Parkticket. Dieses sollte man am besten im Voraus online kaufen, um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden.

Perfekte Lage, neben dem Shopping Palladium, nahe dem Flughafen, Kataratas, und Argentinien. Entfernen Sie ein wenig von Paraguay, aber einfach und schnell die Lokomotive. Saubere Zimmer, freundlich, und ein wunderbares Frühstück!
