We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied.
However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially in a hotel of this level.
In conclusion, the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv offers a pampering and quality experience, but attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool. If this issue is addressed, the hotel will be able to offer a perfect experience to its guests.

Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem
The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available ＜we where informed＞ prior to booking and on checking ＞ nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt am Meer mit direkter Zugang zum Strand, was ein großer Plus war. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber, aber ein bisschen klein. Leider war es ein Problem mit der Buchung – eine Übergebühr wegen eines Registrierungsfehlers. Obwohl die Buchungsstelle hilfreich und freundlich war, war das Hotel selbst nicht bereit, den Fehler zu beheben oder eine Form von Entschädigung anzubieten. Insgesamt war die Verwaltung der Rechnungsfrage enttäuschend, obwohl die Lage und die Ausstattung beeindruckend waren.

Rivka GlaubmanWe wanted to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary (yes, we are 90 years old) and decided to do it in a hotel at the Tel-Aviv beach. We chose the Orchid hotel and were very happy with our choise. Every thing we wanted and needed was there, and on high standard. The room had all we wished for, including big space for all our luggage. Parking for our car, air condition, excellent breakfast, restorants and supermarket bownstairs, beautiful beach, lovely veiw of the beach from the lobby, pleasant staff. What else could we wished for?

So thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your room. I would go back there on my next trip which I hope will be soon.

huiDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Strand ist gegenüber, zu Fuß nach Jaffa für mehr als eine Stunde, am Strand entlang laufen und die Landschaft beobachten, sehr komfortabel, viele Einheimische im Urlaub, die Strandlandschaft ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist reich, es gibt ein Schwimmbad, Business, Reisen ist sehr gute Wahl, kostenloses Upgrade, vielen Dank.

GastnutzerThe hotel strongly emphasized being “adults only” / without children, yet the hotel was full of children.
The room was extremely small and crowded.
The “view” was simply a wall facing the hotel.
The mattress was uncomfortable to the point that we could barely sleep.
The shower was unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable.
Only one elevator was available for all guests in the hotel.
Food was ok, cleaning was ok

GastnutzerI guess it has a lot of improvements since we last checked into this hotel (now under new management and a new name). It drastically changed, especially with the staff, who were very accommodating. The room, wow! Super clean, especially the kettle and the coffee maker. There is a spa available and a restaurant located on the first floor.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

Guest UserDas Einchecken ist reibungslos und der Service ist professionell. Leider habe ich nach dem Auschecken meine Sonnenbrille im Hotelzimmer gelassen und eine E-Mail an das Hotel geschickt, in der ich nach den Fundsachen gefragt habe, aber es gab keine Antwort.
