From the moment I walked out of my cab and into the lobby of this hotel I knew that I had made a mistake in booking this room. But unfortunately having booked it through “Trip.com” I knew I was screwed and no one would be responsible to hear my concerns. One thing I needed to understand was that a “Prepaid” hotel is done, hotel will get their money regardless of what concerns one might have about the conditions of their facility. To sum it up, this hotel is extremely old and dirty, you can smell the stink of decomposing carpets from the outside. This hotel has a major plumbing issue, so be very careful; he showers and toilets get flooded and the sewerage bubbles up creeps out of the toilets. The staff is one after next numb to the hotel guest complaints and they don’t care about anyone’s concern. This hotel needs to be shut down and I don’t understand why it’s still in operation. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Das Äußere des Hotels ist hässlich und heruntergekommen. Innenraum ist viel besser. Die Zimmer sind klein und haben kleine Fenster mit hässlicher Aussicht. Die Lage ist jedoch ausgezeichnet, das Hotel war ruhig und das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich

Hotel mit guter Lage, aber sehr laut und nicht besonders geschäftsorientiert

Vertrauen Sie nichts, was Sie über dieses Hotel lesen oder sehen. Sie sind alle FAKE. Es ist furchtbar. Sie haben versucht, ein cooles Instagram-Hotel zu schaffen, während sie in Wirklichkeit nur Tapeten und Neonlichter an der Rezeption angebracht haben. Das ganze Hotel ist alt und ekelhaft. Alte Badezimmer, die nicht funktionieren. Der Frühstücksbereich gleicht einem Altersheim, abgestandenes altes, ekelhaftes Essen, das für niemanden zum Essen geeignet ist. Das Dach ist eine Baustelle und darf nicht geöffnet werden. Es ist wirklich schrecklich und sie stehlen Ihr Geld und geben keine Rückerstattung. Sie haben 350 £ von meinem Geld und ich werde weiterhin rechtliche Schritte einleiten, bis ich es zurückerhalten habe. Lügner. Außerdem haben ********** NICHTS getan, um an mein Geld zu kommen, da ich anscheinend das Hotel bezahlt habe, aber aufgrund der gefälschten Bilder von ********** keinen Grund mehr hatte aber so zu gehen, tragen gleichermaßen die Schuld. Ich werde einer Buchung über ********** nicht mehr vertrauen

This is hotel for easy goers and flexible people not very demanding. I had great expectations as it belongs to recogmized Leonardo chain but I was wrong. The pink building surrounded by pink walls andl facilities is perfect only for Barbie. Besides it is almost impossible to find the entrance even fot experienced taxi drivers. There is a decadent atmosphere around the immediate neighborhood . The breakfast was extremely expensive and I decided to have it elsewhere. The apt twas very small and the only view was of pigeons over the roof. Ok, I admit the location is great but that iis it .

So many mixed feeling about this hotel. We found it was in a great location and the rooftop was nice but the rest was frustrating. Upon arrival, the check in desk seemed distracted. The member of staff checking us in didn’t seem bothered that we arrived and after we paid just gave us our cards - no mention of where we go or anything about what we can do in the hotel. The room was ok but the room keys didn’t work 50% of the time. We had to try many different techniques. We reported this to reception and the new cards has the same issues (we kept the cards away from mobile phones so that wasn’t the issue - perhaps the door?!). The staff weren’t bothered so we continued to spend some time outside trying to get in. The next day we had our room cleaned and we didn’t get the right towels so we reported this to reception (via room phone). After an hour of waiting, we went to the reception desk and they said it would be sorted so we went out for a walk. When we returned, still no towels (3 hours after we asked for them!) so we went back to reception and we’re told they’d be with us. They arrived about 15 mins later. Shocking service. Upon departure, they took our room cards and no questions about our stay. Then in the taxi on the way home, I get a text asking me how my stay was. Wouldn’t it make more sense to ask at departure?! I think 2/5 based on the staff is a fair review. I would have given it 1/5 but some of the staff seemed nice… I’d say the cleaning room staff seemed lovely and always said hello to us so they made us feel welcomed. We also chatted to the lifeguard and he made some nice local recommendations. The security man at the rooftop (from Ukraine) was so lovely too.
