Beautiful resort with a nature concept. The rooms are spacious and clean. The downsides were most of the rooms plugs in 206 were not working. Some burning smells in evening and night from local villages. The restaurant needs serious attention. Our problem is resolved, but we hope they can pay more attention and guest satisfaction when we return in the future. Also the beach area and around pool has many cigarettes on the floor. This wrecks the nature and ambiance point a bit. Hopefully it can be more serious about people who litter the area. We liked the beach and the turtles, as well as the other animals. Especially the stray cats, they are so lovely. There are some areas for swimming at mid and high tide and snorkeling around the jetty at mid tide is nice. It is refreshing to experience a resort that is so spacious with nature. Hopefully future guests can also take care and not destroy it by throwing litter everywhere. Also the light pollution at night would be nice to reduce, so guests can see the stars.

I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Overall menyenangkan sekali stay di villa marina. Yg paling best adalah ada 2 lokasi kolam reang, di dekat pintu masuk dan di dekat laut. Untuk lokasi yg didekat laut kolam renang anaknya tidak terawat, tp untuk lokasi dekat pintu masuk bagus. Amenities lengkap, hanya lampu kamar mandi suka kedap kedip yg perlu diganti. Untuk kebersihan lumayan, tapi di beberapa titik ada rontokan dari plafond. Mungkin untuk lemari dan kasur bisa dilakukan peremajaan supaya meningkatkan kenyamanan.view depan dermaga dan lautnya bagus. Tapi area pasirnya harus dilakukan perawatan karena banyak sampah.

Location is very good, near anyer wonderland and not too far from Cilegon. Breakfast was Ok, plenty of variety of food and tasted ok. Some walkways were under construction. Overall good experience and stay at hotel, will comeback

Die ersten Chinesen, die nach dem Tsunami blieben, hatten eine hervorragende Landschaft. Das Chefpersonal war sehr freundlich und schickte drei kostenlose Abendessen. Vielen Dank für die Hoffnung, dass das Katastrophengebiet so schnell wie möglich wieder aufgebaut werden kann. Die Mahlzeiten sollten vorbereitet und für Charterbusse geeignet sein.

Wooden, untuk 4org dgn harga 600rb-an sangat worth it.. Kamar wooden, ada teras belakang & plus nya kamar mandi besar 👍🏻.. Bs langsung parkir depan unit, cocok untuk keluarga yg bawaannya segambreng.. fasilitas waterboom luas, ada kantinnya juga harga terjangkau 5-30rban dann enakk makanannya best pecel ayam & nasgor di kantin waterboom.. Bs piknik ala-ala, tempatnya luas saran bawa mainan sendiri klo mau stay di hotel aja..(raket/volleyball) Kekurangan tdk ada akses pantai..jgn khawatir dekat dgn tujuan wisata pantai lainnya hanya 10menit (p.pandan carita, p.lombok) Tempatnya luas bgd, jd beberapa spot mmg kurang perawatan. Tp msi ok lah.. Rekomend untuk visit rame2 dan unit villanya yg baru.. Sukses Avery Coconut, semoga lebih improve lg 👍🏻
