Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

2nd über 5 Tage.Es war eine gute Erfahrung. Besonders die 23. Stock-Ansicht in der Nacht. Fantastisch. Zum Preis von S$95 pro Nacht, werde ich definitiv empfehlen.

Die Lage ist gut, gegenüber der Sun Moon Bay Der Service ist sehr gut. Badewannentaschen, Toilettenbezüge usw. sind vorbereitet und die Details sind vorhanden. Ausstattung: Der Griff der Nachttischschublade ist kaputt, das Lampendesign ist etwas seltsam, ich bin mehrmals dagegen gestoßen😅Andere sind in Ordnung Beim Check-out gab es ein kleines Geschenk

Es ist ein schlossartiges Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Man kann Delfine füttern und die Kinder können sich ihnen nähern. Das Servicepersonal wird die Initiative ergreifen und ist sehr höflich Kann mir helfen, mein Gepäck ins Zimmer und in die Lobby zu bringen. Es gibt Flamingos zum Beobachten und andere schöne Landschaften. Es ist sehr gut für den Urlaub geeignet liegt relativ nah am Ocean Kingdom, dem Raumschiff und dem Chimelong Grand Theatre. Wir haben ein Paketticket gekauft, damit die Kinder es genießen können. Es war eine tolle Zeit, drei Tage und zwei Nächte hier zu verbringen.

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

I had a pleasant stay at Zhuhai Yuehai Hotel (Gongbei Port High-speed Railway Station Branch). The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a good level of comfort. Although the swimming pool was closed for the winter and located in the opposite building, the hotel made up for it with other amenities. The highlight was the 360-degree rotating restaurant on the 29th floor, serving a wide variety buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an affordable 60 RMB. For entertainment, there’s a KTV on the 4th floor. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is our second time visit the hotel.. the service is super good, as it’s my girl birthday trip, they help decorate the hotel a bit and write a bday card to her.. it’s so sweet and makes an unforgettable memory for her. Thank you

Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr preisgünstig! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Da viele Familienmitglieder mit uns reisten, half uns der Lobbymanager Xiao Jiang geduldig bei der Änderung der Reihenfolge, verbesserte die Zimmerkategorie und arrangierte benachbarte Zimmer auf derselben Etage. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist großartig. Sie können vom Bett aus liegend den Sonnenaufgang über der Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao-Brücke beobachten! Während ich abends badete, habe ich mir auch das Feuerwerk am Strand angesehen! Eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Badezimmer ist in Trocken- und Nassbereich unterteilt, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Sicherheitsleute auf dem Parkplatz und das Türpersonal in der Lobby waren sehr enthusiastisch und ergriffen die Initiative, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen und beim Ein- und Aussteigen die Autotüren zu öffnen. Sehr freundliches Gefühl Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Werde wiederkommen

Der hygienische Zustand des Hotels ist besonders gut und das Badezimmer in der Lobby kann auch bei hohem Personenaufkommen sauber gehalten werden. Die großen raumhohen Fenster des Zimmers bieten einen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Der vom Hotel bereitgestellte kostenlose Nachmittagstee und Eisgetränke in der Minibar im Zimmer sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen Gongbei und 8 Gehminuten vom Hafen Qingmao und dem Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof Zhuhai entfernt. Rund um das Hotel gibt es Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, was sehr praktisch ist. Vom Hotel aus können Sie die Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao-Brücke deutlich sehen und es ist sehr angenehm, am Meer entlang zu spazieren und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Der Hotelservice ist herzlich und der Concierge an der Rezeption und das Zimmerpersonal sind sehr professionell und enthusiastisch. Tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis!
