Nice room, however toilets kept blocking up every couple days and the showers could be a bit cleaner. There was one shower on our floor and 2 toilets which didn’t seem like enough. The vibe of the place is nice and the people

While the cleanliness was good, the daily housekeeping wasn’t available as listed on their website or yours for amenities.  We got an unprofessional answer from a staff member who on request gave us extra towels that due to salary/wages and time of year that daily housekeeping wasn’t being done. We stayed two nights and needed rubbish removed and sheets changed, also new towels, bath mat replaced daily. If we wanted to stay in self serviced apartments, fair enough, but we were staying in a hotel/resort without a kitchen sink to wash our wine glasses provided or the glasses etc.  I found that they left cleaning clothes and dish wash liquid under the bathroom sink which I think is wrong as due to health regulations, you don’t wash dishes in the bathroom sink. It’s a hotel not a self contained apartment.

Had a great stay at Deep Blue Hot Springs. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The breakfast was just a really basic spread. Nothing fancy. Better off spending the money elsewhere, like at a cafe in Warrnambool. The hot springs were great! Really recommend it to anyone staying here 👍🏻

Das Hotel ist auch billig und sauber, wenn Sie nach dem Restaurant unter dem Restaurant gehen, um das Meer zu sehen. Das Zimmer kann auch sehen. Die Restaurant-Sachen sind billig und lecker. Aber Sie müssen alle Wochenenden im Voraus bestellen. Das Zimmer ist mit kostenlosem Getränken und Kuchen ausgestattet.

Spent time to wait at the reception, we was asked to collect room key in the mail box in few days before, but no any key when we arrived. No one answer the emergency call, and finally the staff came from somewhere. Becuase of him, we didn't go out for dinner, because most of the restaurants closed already. The one advantage is very close to the shops. We bought food and cooked in apartment finally.

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

There’s a saying that you get what you pay for, and at $125 AUD a night, the Richmond Henty Hotel reflects the low cost in disappointing ways. The air conditioning in our room (Room 8) did not work, which is a significant issue when staying in Australia’s climate. When I informed the receptionist during checkout, her lack of concern was striking. She seemed uninterested and entirely unfazed when I mentioned leaving a poor review, which gave the impression that this was a common occurrence. The swimming pool was basic but lovely, though it was not heated. The location is convenient, and the price is low, but the failure to maintain basic amenities makes it hard to recommend. If you want certainty of quality, this isn’t the place to stay.

Es weiß, was es ist, grundsätzlich sauber und vernünftige Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Lage. Nicht versuchen, etwas zu sein, aber es ist nicht. Das alte Gebäude könnte natürlich gemacht werden, aber natürlich würden dann alle Preise gleichmäßig wieder steigen und wieder zum ursprünglichen Punkt es ist einfache Grundunterkünfte, die nützlich ist, wenn Sie eine schnelle Nachtunterkünfte benötigen. Anweisungen waren wirklich gut, spät in den Ort zu kommen. Das Zimmer war unaufhaltsam sauber, auch wenn es alt war. Im Allgemeinen würde ich dort bleiben, wenn ich eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht benötigt hätte. Ich würde einen Touch teuer für das, was es ist. 

Very nice accommodation, bed was so comfortable, jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat . Very nicely furnished & great facilities if you weren’t travelling around like we were. 5 stars
