A good location for a few night. Pricing is ok and value for money. It' aged and has seen many years, especially bathroom facilities which are not ensuite. At least it is kept clean. Staff at reception is very friendly, but mainly students with no deep and profound knowledge about facility

Perfect place for a family stay! Complete with washing machine and tumble dryer. Products are also provided. Restaurants literally downstairs, walking distance to the scenic railway, cairns central shopping centre, the esplanade etc. we liked our stay so much we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. We left there and went to stay on reef encounter live aboard. Which you board from literally outside. Keys were easy to drop off and pick up too! Would definitely recommend staying here

Die Buchung online mit Trip war einfach. Die Dorsett haben saubere Zimmer und das Personal sind wunderschön, plus es ist an das Gold Coast Casino gebunden. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, dass das Hotel für Menschen mit Behinderungen oder mit einem Rollstuhl ausgestattet ist. Hierzu gehören selbstöffnende und geschlossene Türen, Dusche und Toiletten mit Hilfen, die für die Bedürfnisse ausgeschleppt werden können, und es gibt Rollstuhl-Touch-Knöpfe für die Öffnung der Tür. Ich habe mich geduschen, bevor ich aus ging und es überschwemmte das Badezimmer, Glücklich gab es 2 Stockwerke. In 2 Minuten oder um Wartung bitten sie hatten einen wunderschönen jungen Mann, um es zu reparieren, dann eine Minute später Hausaufbewahrung mit frischen Handtüchern angekommen. Der Wartungsmann gab mir auch einen guten Rundown und Empfehlungen auf dem Restaurant im Casino. 2 Negative - Erstens ist es schwer zu ermitteln, wo zu parken, wie Sie das Casino Parken nutzen, der Parkplatz leitet Sie, wo zu gehen, aber es gibt keine klare Signatur, wo die Hotelliften sind. Ich wusste das nur von einem vor 2 Jahren Besuch. Das muss ausgewählt werden. Zweitens ist die Eingangsadresse für das Hotel-Foyer tatsächlich auf der Casino-Eingangsseite, so dass Sie umher suchen. Ich weiß jetzt, dass statt auf The Darling Ave zu wechseln, wie gps angewiesen, Sie den Slip Road vor The Darling Ave Ausfahrt nehmen. Dies führt Sie durch den Wohnturm und vor dem Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen. Sie können schlafen und dem Rauschen des Meeres lauschen. Das Restaurant ist ziemlich gut und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich.

After reading very mixed reviews, we went ahead and booked it. The result: very mixed feelings. The location was beautiful, the sights breathtaking, the animals adorable, but when it came to actually spending time there, there wasn’t much to do. We arrived on a later ferry so we knew we wouldn’t have much time to enjoy the sun after arrival, however because of a mix up, our suitcases went missing for an hour making us miss any chance of getting in the pool while it was hot out. After, we went for dinner. There are only 2 restaurants available, and without making a reservation before hand, it’s a bit hard to go when you want. The food was ok, but expensive as one would expect from a place like this. Once dinner was finished, the evening entertainment (Alice in Wonderland screening) was already underway and we found ourselves with nothing to do at 9pm. Early night for us. The following day we planned a day of snorkelling, stingray feeding and kayaking. We appreciated the free snorkel gear as well as the clear safety instructions and recommendations of the lifeguard. The sting Ray feeding experience was amazing and it was clear the staff knew what they were talking about and were passionate about the animals. Kayaking and other water sports were cancelled however because of the high winds, leaving us, once again, with nothing to do. Early dinner (very entertaining moment with wallabies attempting to steal our food and being super cuddly), a walk around the beach, movie in the room, and early bedtime. So all in all, beautiful location with great experiences of the weather allow, make sure to bring some entertainment if the water is too cold to swim in the pool or the weather turns sour. Maybe a book or some board games? Also: if you want food in the late afternoon, make sure you bring some snacks as there is a limited selection available.

Es ist schön und ruhig, und ziemlich komfortabel, aber es gibt noch eine Menge Haare auf dem Boden, und es sieht nicht super sauber aus. Das Personal schien ein wenig verwirrt mit der Information, aber es ist alles gut. Erwarte nicht nur fünf-Sterne-Service, das ist alles.

Rein und komfortabel mit tollen Kücheneinrichtungen im Zimmer. Schamlich waren wir in grausam Wetter, weil die Lage und der Zugang zum Strand war großartig. Alter Gebäude, aber gut gepflegt. Kurzstreckensee nach Stadtzentrum und Geschäften. Überall würde ich für jeden auf der Suche nach einem Strandseiteurlaub empfehlen. Aussehen aus unserem Zimmer wäre in besserem Wetter groß gewesen. Wir waren dankbar, trocken und komfortabel zu sein!

Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

Mission Reef Resort befindet sich direkt neben dem Strand und ist die perfekte Lage für einen ruhigen kurzen Urlaub.

Es ist ein etwas seltsames Hotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas veraltet, Moteltyp, aber trotzdem sind der Restaurantbereich, der Pool (der lange machen lässt) und der Garten sehr gepflegt und sehr schön. Es hat direkten Zugang zum Strand von Mission Beach, der sehr schön ist und 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Gegend entfernt ist, in der sich Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden. Frühstück ein bisschen faul, einen Aufpreis für einen Express berechnen.
