Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Decent cruise, amazing mega yacht in immaculate and clean condition. Staff were extremely good! Wifi was terrible and non existent Food options could be improved, wouldn’t say it is 5 star quality food.

Мы прекрасно провели время, но ожидания немного не оправдались. Нужно понимать, что вы не проведёте 3 дня и 2 ночи в шикарном номере на борту прекрасного судна, скользя между каменных скал. Все не так. Задумано немного иначе. Корабль стоит в бухте, до которой около 1 часа вас везут на суденышке с деревянными лавками, аналогично - обратный путь. Далее, вы отказываетесь на борту, путешествие начинается. Но пройдете на шикарном корабле вы всего 1,5-2 км, наслаждаясь видами и все. Круиз окончен. Корабль бросает якорь в другой бухте. На все остальные активности вас тоже повезут на маленьких не столь комфортабельных лодках. То есть это не круиз, а плавучий отель. Номер Executive Suite с прекрасным обзором и балконом расположен в хвосте, поэтому во время движения очень шумно и сильно пахнет соляркой. Простыни в Suite были рваные, полы пыльные, халат с отпечатками обуви. Ну не заявленные 5 заезд, скажем так. Питание на твердые 3 *. Все вкусно, но нет разнообразия. Желанным гостем мы чувствовали себя при общении с Dian, которая отвечала на все вопросы и всегда была рядом, даже сопровождала нас на одной из экскурсий. Бухта восхитительна!

Es war ein tolles Hotel, weil es Spaß gemacht hat, mit einem Shuttleboot, das rund um die Uhr verkehrt, zur Insel hin und her zu fahren, und man vom Balkon aus die wunderschöne Landschaft der Halong-Bucht sehen konnte. Ich hatte Vollpension gebucht und war sehr zufrieden mit der Vielfalt an vietnamesischen Speisen und Früchten, die zu allen drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten wurden.

Das Hotel Wyndham Legend Halong ist das ”non plus ultra”. Wir genossen sechs Tage in diesem traumhaften Hotel. Die Rezeption ist aufmerksam und kompetent, die Dame beim Tour-Desk hat uns Ausflugshinweise gegeben und einen optimalen Bustransfer organisiert. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind herrlich und das Zimmer/Bad war einfach sauber und grossartig. Zimmerservice, Portier, Schwimmbad- und Gym-Aufsicht waren stets aufmerksam, freundlich und gut. Ein Hit ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben noch nie ein so reichhaltiges und frisches Buffet erlebt. Das Ambiente im Restaurant, welches wir auch öfters abends zum Abendessen besuchten, ist sehr angenehm. Ganz herzlichen Dank für unseren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Overall a nice weekend outing from Hanoi. Standard twin rooms didn’t have bath tubs, just a shower without any doors or partitions from the changing areas, so it was a bit chilly taking showers in winter time. The rooms are facing the field with a thick wooden sliding doors ( for standard room, 1st floor), which made the room very dark even during daytime. It might have been so much better if there were glass doors for both the shower room & balcony, but that’s the design of your preference, so avoid first floor if you want to stay in brighter rooms. We booked for 4adults (2rooms), inquired the hotel directly via email for a transport back to Hanoi before our trip, and we only got a quotation for 3pax. A bit weird answer for a “5-star” hotel, isn’t it? Therefore, we decided to book our own transport instead.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Grand Paradise. Absolut zufrieden mit dem Service und der Reiseroute. Besonderen Dank an Tom, der meinen Tisch bedient hat. Meine Eltern haben sich bei seinem Service sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Reise ist nun eine Woche her. Wir vermissen die Reise mit der Grand Paradise Cruise schon jetzt.

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay .

Всегда готов помочь решить любой вопрос,а какие он готовит роллы на мастер классах! Отличная, слаженнна работа команды теплохода и отдельный респект работникам ресторана и Шеф повару . Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза! Рекомендуем на все 200%! Тур на 3 дня с AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE нельзя пропустить!
