Das Hotel ist sehr neu, die Zimmer sind sehr gut, es ist darauf zu achten die Nähe zur Highspeedseite zu vermeiden, etwas laut. Außerdem können Sie von hier aus direkt nach Seattle fahren, nicht unbedingt in Spokane.

The room was clean, but the whole place is just shabby. The sheets were stained. There were zero amenities, not even an ice bucket. No pen/paper at the desk. No front desk staff the entire time I was there. The ice machine was leaking and there was huge gross puddle on the floor/carpeting in front of the machine. It's a very strange set up with outside doors and inside doors. The safety latch was missing on the outside door of my room which made me feel very unsafe. Overall I would not stay here again.

Noise from pool was loud - screaming and yelling kids from 3 in the afternoon until 10 at night. Asked for room change but hotel was booked solid. Asked for partial refund but was told third party booked room which was not true. Also hotel put a $250 (double my room rate) hold on my card - for “extras “ that might be charged to my room. Had no notice of this until I checked in! Was told it would be refunded on checkout - also not true

Ich habe kein Gefühl, das erste Wochenende, das im Mai eröffnet wurde, zu erreichen, gerade nach dem alten Soldatstag, der ganze Gelbstein ist voll, so dass es nicht einfach ist, ein Zimmer zu finden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht, keine Kommentare.

The view is fantastic! And there’s a hot tub, indoor pool, bikes to ride around the area, and a bear stick if needed. It’s conveniently located 5 min away from Yellowstone entrance.

應該是西黃石最現代高級的酒店了吧，其他都是motel。房間比較大，設施比較老。特別建議大家來美國自帶電吹風，這邊不論多貴的酒店，電吹風都又小又舊，感覺都是拼某多的品質。 最不能理解的這個酒店有每人15美金的額外收費，説是因為在一樓免費提供熱水、冰棒和餅乾（都是難吃的廉價貨）。既然免費，為什麼還要收錢？還不能選擇不要，這不是明搶嗎？想想國內全季酒店免費提供的水果糖果，差別太大了！

The Heritage Inn is a Great Falls classic, I have been staying there with family since I was a child. It's conveniently located, has good service and the rooms are clean and nice. The ****** has a nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of menu options and lots of sports on tv screens.

Unser Aufenthalt im Norden war perfekt! Wir wurden so gut von der Mitarbeiterin versorgt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer und baten um Verbringung, und sie taten das ohne Zwang. Sie haben sogar unser Zimmer upgradiert! Der Straßenlärm in der Nacht war ziemlich laut, aber das kann nicht durch das Hotel geändert werden.

The front desk wasn't friendly and charged me double the damage deposit. They told me they would resolve it and I would get an email saying it was going to be resolved. I got a email with nothing resolved. I won't be going back to that establishment. Extremely disappointed.
