The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

The hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful,
This location did not meet our expectations ,
The rooms were not the same as the photos which was disappointing not the end of the world .
The first room we received was covered in lady bugs , and smelled like dead bugs , there was a nest of them in the corner of the room as well as many dead ones all over the room.
The kind lady at the front desk got us another room , but the new room was not very clean , there was lots of hair all in the shower and all over the bathroom,
After being on the road for 12 hours we cut our losses and went to sleep .
I have stayed at many Hiltons and this was honestly the dirtiest one I have seen so far . Very disappointed .

GastnutzerDie Gesamtlage war super, ich musste nicht umherfahren, wenn ich da war. Der einzige Zug zurück ist das Zimmer gefühlt nass. Es könnte eine gute Idee sein, einen Dehydrater für diesen Ort zu nehmen. Auch das Wasser drainierte sehr langsam. In einem positiven Hinweis war das Zimmer sauber und das Personal dort begrüßte.

The hotel was clean and the food was good. However we drove 3 1/2 hours to get there in time for a family wedding. The room was supposed to be ready for 4:00 and it was not ready until 5:35. This did not allow us enough time to get ready for the wedding. It was very embarrassing to arrive so late for the wedding. The staff said they would wave the incidental fees, which made no difference to us. Extremely disappointed since we thought being a Hilton hotel all would be good and it was not.

We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

Das Hotel war angenehm und das Spielautomaten, aber die Kartentisch sind nur für das Haus, die sie nicht schütteln oder schneiden Karten, bevor sie in die Schüttelmaschine setzen, so ich mag Karten spielen, so ging ich zu der ****** nächsten Tür im Parkplatz und spielte Karten, weil sie schütteln und schneiden die Karten wie sie sollten und fünf bessere Chancen für den Spieler, so würde ich vorschlagen, nur Spielautomaten ohne Tischspiele, aber das Hotel es selbst war sehr gut und die Restaurants

Guest UserDer Check-in war schnell, das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, liebte das Bett. Der Buffet war nicht offen und der Grill war wirklich beschäftigt und das war der einzige Ort, um in Hollywood zu essen ******. Es gab keine gefrorenen Getränke wegen keinem gesäuberten Eis, wünschte ich, dass wir darüber erzählt wurden, bevor wir Zimmer reserviert haben. Ich wollte spielen und trinken. Aber außer den 2 Dingen war es gut.

GastnutzerAusgezeichneter Aufenthalt, schönes und freundliches Personal, einfache Eincheckung. Königssuite sehr schön und zimmer. Bett war hart für meinen Geschmack, aber Mann mag es. Pissen hart, nächstes Mal werde ich mein eigenes bringen! 2 kostenlose Getränke in der Hotelbar war eine zusätzliche unerwartete Behandlung. Sie werden sicher wieder bleiben.
