I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Mohammed und Khuluod sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Sie verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten, inklusive frischer Bettwäsche. Neel im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Auch das übrige Personal im Morgenrestaurant war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Very clean. Good restaurant, Little far from the attractions, nothing around the hotel but we can find everything we need inside the hotel.
