Cottage: is cute and cozy but extremely oldx3. I think you can describe a vantage cottage. Clean but a bit of natural symphony from outside. Buffet dinner: selection if food was ok. Western, Chinese and Japanese. But certainly the entire area are a bit of pricy. 9000 yean plus 18% charges. If you dont have a choice , this is acceptable. Or you can choose to eat early at the outlet area. Hot spring: outdoor and indoor. Very nice setting but you pay 2000 per use. Overall, this area is pretty pricy. But if you are here to chill this should be nice but with teenagers I would say they rather live in Tokyo like a cheap hotel not this. They don't appreciate this at all. I still appreciate the service and the experience.

The food quality of the Spanish set dinner and breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. All the staff including front desk and restaurant were very friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient and walkable from bus station or to the shops, the rental of bicycles was included in the room rate. Many places are accessible by bicycles and kind of convenient to cycling around. The free flow drinks and snacks was a very kind gesture and face masks were very thoughtful room amenities for the dry weather. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to next visit soon.

Hotel service is excellent, room is very clean and breakfast is delicious (Japanese cuisine) . We enjoy staying there for 8 days, 15 minutes walk from Nagano JR line. If you have many luggages on your way back to Nagano JR station (too much shopping done after the trip 😅) suggest you let the hotel staff know they will book a taxi for you ( only cost JY 900). I had a pleasant stay and fully recharge after a short break. Definitely will be back again. ありがとございますた。

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel. We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't. There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely. Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

This hotel is a bit remote to those not driving . But the rate is very reasonable and by taxi is short distance to everywhere near train and outlet for shopping n food . The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good with live music and cost is very reasonable with good service . But you need to do reservation in advance . There is a big supermarket a few steps away that you could buy fresh produce to cook simple meal in your room’s kitchen . The public pool is sufficient and cleanliness is fair . Overall a value for money hotel .

The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

Der Bus ist jedoch sehr klein und kann manchmal ziemlich voll sein, was Menschen auf den Bus zu beschleunigen. Es wäre besser, wenn das Hotel ein besseres Queue-up-System oder die Frequenz des pickup-Bus-Service einstellen könnte. Vielen Dank für Ihren besonderen Wunsch. Ich konnte angenehm schlafen. Auch die heißen Quellen waren sehr warm. Die Dienstleistungen waren sehr umfangreich, wie Begrüßungsgetränke, Eis nach der heißen Quelle, Milchgetränke nach der morgendlichen heißen Quelle und Nachtnudeln. Auch das Frühstück war lecker.

Das Hotel ist ungeachtet seiner Lage oder des Zimmers bequem und klar im Allgemeinen nicht gut. Es ist nur wenig langweilig, Frühstücksindhalte auszuwählen. Besonders für mich, die sieben Nächte zu leben, ist es weniger als ein Tag, und ich habe ein Mikrofon für trip.com. Die Reise hat bereits zwei Hotelseiten und Es gibt tatsächlich ein Eintritt in das JR East Japan Hotel. Diesmal ist es ein Kamera-Rail. Es ist klar, dass sie kein Casino haben. Es ist etwas weit von JR Station um 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Und das Hotel Außen ist ein bisschen altmodisch. Und der Raumordnung ist ein bisschen seltsam (hexagonal) . Andere als das insgesamt zufriedenstellend, das Bett sehr komfortabel und groß, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und effizient check in. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ausreichend und Sie brauchen nicht eine von Ihren eigenen zu bringen.

Managed to check in earlier than appointed time. Dorms including washroom & shower areas are clean, comfy mattresses. 5mins walk to Nagano train station. Next to the accomodation is a 24hr supermarket.

The hotel located in the area of government buildings. It is therefore very good for business people. They have five restaurants. But because we did not arrange for hotel breakfast, it was a bit difficult to get breakfast around the hotel. But there is a convenient store nearby. The room was clean. Reception gave us a high floor room with beautiful city view. Appreciate that. The hotel has three big car parks. Hotel guest needed to pay parking fee of 1000 yen for throughout the stay, which I think is reasonable. The hotel is actually well located - close enough to the sightseeing spots in the city centre.
