Everything about the stay was brilliant, the team were attentive and supportive with helping with everything from brilliant recommendations to arranging transfers! They have the most adorable kittens on site who are very friendly! Location is great for everything no more than 10 mins away from old town, lots of restaurants and cool bars nearby with coffee shops and little store on most corners, the whole area is very friendly

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, der Service ist sehr gut und sehr einladend. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber es gibt einen großen Supermarkt gegenüber. Einkaufen ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Tolles Stadthotel mit geräumigen Zimmern und tollem Spa Bereich. Wir waren zwei Mal im Spa Bereich schwimmen und entspannen. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem! Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot große Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Oda devasaydı. Kahvaltıyı 5 yıldızlı otel Regency Palace bölümünde yaptık. Hizmet de ***et iyiydi.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums, was zum Essen und Einkaufen sehr praktisch ist. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele kleine Restaurants. Gegenüber gibt es ein türkisches Kebab-Restaurant und ein Burrito und Pommes kosten nur 3 jordanische Rupien. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne Atmosphäre, köstliche Früchte und herzliche und aufmerksame Kellner. Es ist eine Empfehlung wert.

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Amman, umgeben von großen Einkaufszentren, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ideal macht. Die oberen Stockwerke bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Ich hatte es wegen der Marriott-Marke W gebucht, aber das Zimmer war klein und schlecht eingerichtet, das Waschbecken direkt neben dem Bett. Beim Check-in bekam ich außerdem das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen. Dank der Koordination des Ctrip-Mitarbeiters konnten wir es schließlich ändern. Die Servicequalität ist dringend verbesserungswürdig, und ich werde Marriott per E-Mail eine Beschwerde einreichen.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr wenig Geschäfte. Das Bett war übergroß und zu weich. Es ist bequem, einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben.
