The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

Ich würde es als romantisches Hotel mit Meerblick bezeichnen! Direkt neben Castel de Ovo gelegen, versprüht es klassischen Charme und hat Geschichte zu bieten; es scheint einen gewissen Ruf zu haben … denn ich bin dort eines Abends einem italienischen Ministerpräsidentenkandidaten beim Wahlkampf begegnet … und einer riesigen Schar von Reportern mit Kameras und Mikrofonen! Buchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick; das neapolitanische Blau wird Sie verzaubern, und die Kamera kann seine Schönheit mit bloßem Auge nicht einfangen. Neben dem Meerblick sollten Sie unbedingt das Frühstück probieren. Es ist zwar einfach, aber wirklich gut. Das Atemberaubendste ist, mit diesem unvergleichlichen Meerblick zu frühstücken – einfach traumhaft! Abends verwandelt sich das Hotel in eine Bar … und ist immer gut besucht. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Pflegeprodukte von einer traditionsreichen italienischen Marke stammen … ich fand sie fantastisch! Eine kurze Suche auf Taobao zeigt, dass sie 200 RMB für etwas über 100 ml kosten… Es sind etwa 10 Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone und etwa 8 Gehminuten links zum Königspalast.

Sehr gut, ganz nah am Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof im Stadtzentrum. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, als wir früh ankamen. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch super.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

Obwohl es in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs lag, war das Kopfsteinpflaster in Neapel so rau, dass es sich weit weg anfühlte (lol). Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt, dass es ein so kleines Hotel gibt. Aus irgendeinem Grund verwies mich Google Maps auf die Rückseite des Hotels und ich konnte dort nur nach Anleitung eines Einheimischen hinkommen, also sollte ich besser vorsichtig sein. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher könnte es für Leute mit großem Gepäck schwierig sein. Die einzigen Annehmlichkeiten sind Shampoo. Während ich schlief, wurde ich außerdem an acht Stellen von einem seltsamen Insekt gebissen (ich glaube nicht, dass es eine Zecke war, da es keine blutsaugenden Flecken gab...), und obendrein bekam ich noch eine Menge davon Bisse an meiner rechten Hand, und meine rechte Hand war bis zum Rand angeschwollen 😂 Auch wenn ich sie nicht einmal gekratzt habe. Ist es nicht gefährlich, dass die Stelle, an der man gebissen wurde, anschwillt? Allerdings waren alle Mitarbeiter nett! Das kostenlose Frühstück war auch köstlich!

Die Wohnung liegt günstig in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof. Allerdings ist sie schwer zu finden: Die Adresse ist nicht auf Google Maps verzeichnet, und es gibt keine sichtbaren Schilder in der Nähe, sodass die Anreise etwas schwierig sein kann. Das Zimmer selbst hat einen hervorragenden Eindruck gemacht: geräumig, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Neben der Dusche gab es eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und sogar einen Whirlpool – ein nettes Extra. Es gibt keinen 24-Stunden-Service, was uns nicht gestört hat, zukünftige Gäste sollten dies aber beachten. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: nur Kekse und Croissants aus dem Supermarkt; wir hatten mehr erwartet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ideal für alle, die Wert auf Platz, Sauberkeit und einen günstigen Preis legen, aber bereit sind, etwas Zeit für die Suche einzuplanen und kein komplettes Frühstück erwarten.

Das Zimmer war für ein europäisches Hotel angemessen und lag in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Metrostation Neapels, was Ausflüge nach Pompeji oder Sorrent sehr praktisch machte. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch das Frühstück war gut; für 5 € fühlt sich ein Frühstück in Europa wie Luxus an. Die junge Dame, die das Frühstück servierte, brachte uns den Kaffee – ganz wie in einem familiengeführten Hotel. Allerdings sollten Sie beachten, dass sich der Check-in-Bereich und die Zimmer direkt nebeneinander befinden. Wir klingelten eine Weile, bevor jemand herunterkam und uns darauf hinwies. Ich empfehle dem Besitzer, ein Schild oder eine Markierung anzubringen. Neapel ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Der Platz ist nur wenige Schritte von der Napolis-Zentrumbahnstelle entfernt. Aber selbst am Tag scheint es nicht sicher zu sein, also bin ich allein gekommen, aber zuerst hatte ich etwas Angst. Aber ich bin froh, dass es immer Polizei gibt. Der Supermarkt befindet sich an der Hauptbahnhofstation der Napolis Central Station, und der Durchschnittspreis ist daher empfohlen, das zu tun. We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.
