We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again.

Nachteile: Die Küche hätte sauberer sein können, die Lage ist nicht die beste – es ist nicht viel los – und es rauchen viele junge Leute, sodass die Wohnung nachts immer stinkt. Die Firma hat nichts unternommen, um das Problem zu beheben, und hat nur sehr langsam geantwortet.

Keine Zahnbürste oder Zahnpasta jedoch, sie haben eine virtuelle Live-Chat 24/7, die in den meisten Fällen helfen können. Wenn nicht, versuchen sie ihr Bestes zu beherbergen oder Quelle für Ersatz, wie ein gebrochenes Duschegarten. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mint House. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, und das Personal war freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Der Stoß wurde nach wiederholter E-Mail am nächsten Tag Verbindung gegeben.  4. Einchecken und Auschecken waren reibungslos. Eigentümer war sehr schnell in der Antwort E-Mail von entfernter Lage. 5. Die Lage war sehr bequem und neben dem großen Gemüsegeschäft.

I had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

Gute, sichere Lage. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren gut, obwohl ein ganzer Kleider aus dem Zimmer vermisst war und alles auf dem Kühlschrank lag. Die Dame am Vordertisch war sehr freundlich und erlaubte mir, meinen Sack vor dem Einchecken zu verlassen. Der Kerl am Nachttisch hatte nichts dagegen, um wieder zu heißen.

Fantastic stay! The location was superb, right on the edge of the beach with absolutely stunning sunset views. The facilities were great and very clean. Having a bath was a real bonus, as we’d only had showers in all the other accommodation on our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed this second stay with Holliwood Homes even more, we were given a very spacious flat for a similar price than the first smaller flat. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, with all the accessories we needed. Thank you for providing such good value for money!

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Hohe Decken, große Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, komfortables Bett und 2 Feuerplätze. Auch die Lage ist großartig! 5 Minuten vom Snow Summit Ski Resort und 5 Minuten vom See.
