Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and they were kind enough to give me a free upgrade. I was very surprised by how big the room was, I felt like I was staying in a large apartment and there was even a washing machine. The hotel was very clean and peaceful and I would be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend

Ausgezeichnetes Apartmenthotel. Waschen Sie alles. Zwei Zimmer, gute Aussicht. Blick auf die Stadt war genug Tag. Es gibt Meydan (Hauptplatz) die reibungslos zum Markt und Forum (großes Einkaufszentrum). Auf Meidan veränderte die Dollar zu einem höheren Preis als der offizielle, es gibt große Wechselstunden in der Nähe von McDonalds. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist ausgezeichnet, Vögel singen. Wer kocht muss, gibt es eine Menge von allem dafür. WLAN ist schnell genug, zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt in meinem Zimmer über 60mbit/s

The apartment clean with balcony on the mountain view , little bit far from the lake specially if you dont have a car .

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was very basic with same type of food everyday.

Es war so schön, in zu leben, weil alles in der Nähe von Ihnen ist.  Der See ist etwa 600 Meter und die Geschäfte sind dort.  Die Moschee ist sehr nahe am Ort und es ist ein Gemüsegeschäft.  Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr.  Nicht die gute Moral des syrischen jungen Mannes Ahmed 👍 erwähnen
