We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. To anyone looking for a place to stay: look no further. This is hands-down a highly recommended spot, and we can’t wait to come back!❤️❤️❤️

If you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

Although just night of staying we enjoyed 😉 looking forward soon 😀

If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free stay in Davao, I highly recommend Lian's Haven Condo at Arezzo Place Davao. -The host is helpful and approachable whenever I have concerns. -The unit is clean and aesthetically appealing and relaxing. -Refreshing pool that I enjoyed swimming during my stay. -WiFi is fast with Netflix while watching movies. -Complete kitchen utensils and cook wares -Premium linens and comfortable bed -The location is near to airport, supermarket, bank and mall Thank you for the amazing experience. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die warme Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit des Besitzers erhöhte die gesamte Erfahrung. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind unerwartet sauber, sorgfältig gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Eines der Highlights ist die erstaunliche Aussicht, die gleichermaßen atemberaubend bei Sonnenaufgang und schön ruhig am Abend ist. Das Pool-Bereich ist elegant und einladend, perfekt für Entspannung. Darüber hinaus sind das Hotelpersonal und Sicherheitspersonal konsequent höflich, professionell und untergebracht. Insgesamt wird ein gemütlicher und erinnerelicher Aufenthalt für diejenigen, die sowohl Komfort als auch einen Touch von Luxus suchen, sehr empfohlen.

To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

Ich hatte hier eine wirklich wunderbare und glückliche Aufenthaltsveranstaltung. Der Ort ist genau wie angekündigt. Der Ort ist sauber, komfortabel und gut vorbereitet. Die Meerblicke aus dem Zimmer sind schön und perfekt mit der entspannenden Atmosphäre des Ortes abgestimmt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Lage ist auch bequem mit einfachem Zugang zum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Gastgeber war sehr bequem und leicht zu erreichen, wann immer es nötig war. Ich würde gerne diesen Ort empfehlen und möchte hier nochmal bleiben.
