Der Ankunftsservice ist schlecht, es ist so schwer, Gepäck ohne Hilfe zu bewegen. Sie müssen durch eine Karte schwer zu verstehen und müssen Gepäck zu vielen Schritten und kein Zeichen zum Gebäude und Zimmer. Das Mädchen am Frontdesk mit einer schlechten Service-Einstellung. Sie ignoriert den Antrag meines Partners auf Hilfe mit Gepäck. Mein Partner ist im Korridor verloren und hat mich um Hilfe gebeten. Keiner soll ihre Hilfe sein. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schlechter Check-in-Service.

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Auf dem Balkon gingen wir mit diesen erstaunlichen Aussichten zusammen. Die Zeit, die wir besuchten (Mai) bedeutete, dass es etwas zu kalt war, um auf dem Balkon zu lange rauszukommen, aber die Ansichten, die wir aus dem Fenster genossen hatten, waren großartig. Als die erste kam, war die Dame auf dem Vordertisch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir hatten eine Doppelbett beantragt und zwei Einzelbetten zugewiesen. Sie kontaktierte schnell die Damen aus der Haushaltung und sie liefen sehr nett in Aktion, um die Situation zu retten. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal war schön und angenehm, und die Lage war nur für uns zu gehen und um einige der lokalen Attraktionen wie der Kiwi Vogelpark zu besuchen. Der große Plus zum Aufenthalt in den Highview-Apartments war, dass Sie einen Parkplatz haben. Wenn Sie Queenstown besuchen, werden Sie bald herausfinden, dass in einigen Orten ein Parkplatz ist wie Goldstaub.

Wir waren ernsthaft von dem Konzept der Immobilie erstaunt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sonnenunterkünfte sind großartig. Der Ort ist ruhig in der Nacht und wir wachen auf und genießen die Aussicht auf den Berg. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für uns alle. Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr.

Very clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room is convenient. If your room faces the Remarkables, the view is, well, remarkable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center of Queenstown.

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.

We LOVED this accommodation!  It was at a great location, walking distance to nearby cafe and the Hilton restaurant - which was amazing for sunset drinks overlooking the gorgeous lake and snow capped mountains.  It was close enough to the bustle of Queenstown but far enough away to relax and enjoy the surroundings.  The host was friendly and welcoming and provided really useful information that assisted our stay.  Self - paid car parking walking distance. Other dining options in the immediate area were limited but we had food delivered easily. Thank you!

We stayed here three nights in November. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was also beautiful. before booking we saw quite many low review comments, but the moment we entered the room, we felt lucky that we booked here, we had very pleasant stay. the staff (i think he is the owner), i met him at counter two times, he is very friendly person.
