Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Alle waren großartig. Sie waren auch kommuniziert und leicht zu bekommen Anweisungen. Nur ein paar Feedback auf dem Wasserheizer, es ist so schwer, den Heizgerät zu kontrollieren, dass es warm kochen kann und es ist zu schwer, die Kinder mit der unvorhersehbaren Dusche zu duschen. Sie können nicht mit kaltem Wasser Ursache für Ekzem duschen, so brauchten wir den Heizgerät. Die Schleife könnte auch gefährliche Ursache der Steifigkeit sein und führt Sie zur Wand, vielleicht eine weiche Landung gegen die Wand und Boden würde die Angst der Kinder, die um die Schleife spielen, erleichtern. Anderenfalls war es großartig. Danke, du Scheiße.

Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 3-night Aufenthalt bei Space Residence. Die Lage ist großartig, da es sehr nahe an KSL ist, so dass es bequem ist, das Gebiet zu erkunden und Nahrungsmittel und Einkaufen in der Nähe zu finden. Der Selbst-Check-in- und -Check-out-Prozess war sehr reibungslos. Die Anweisungen waren klar und leicht zu verstehen, so dass alles ohne Probleme war. Das Zimmer hatte ein schönes, mit dem Mond gefärbtes Design, das es gemütlich und einzigartig machte. Es war gut ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner, das für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr bequem war. Die Wäscherei wurde auch mit Handtüchern und Wäsche ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt noch bequemer macht. Eine meiner Lieblingsteilchen war die schöne Aussicht von beiden Zimmern. Aufwachen zu einer solchen schönen Aussicht machte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Insgesamt hatte ich eine große Erfahrung und würde jedermann, der einen komfortablen und bequemen Ort sucht, um in der Nähe von KSL zu bleiben, sicher empfehlen, Raumresidenz zu haben.

Leider fanden wir es schwer erstmal den richtigen Eingang zu finden, da die Angabe nicht korrekt war und wir am Seiteneingang von der Garage nach dem Eingang gesucht hatten. Das Apartment is aber t wirklich das Beste was wir bei einem Homestay in Malaysia überhaupt hatten. Alles sehr modern und edel eingerichtet. Das sieht man auf den Bildern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist also top. Leider ist der Service dazu deutlich schlechter. Wie schon gesagt war die Navigation schwierig, ein Late-Checkout oder eine Aufbewahrung der Koffer war nicht möglich obwohl mehrere Security Mitarbeiter den ganzen Tag vor Ort sind. Es war nicht einmal möglich nach dem Checkout im Schwimmbad zu verbleiben. Zum Schwimmbad selbst ist es so, dass dort ein Security Mitarbeiter strengstens auf alle Leute achtet und unser Sohn der eigentlich schwimmen kann trotzdem nicht alleine im Wasser sein durfte, das war sehr nervig. Und Punkt 22 Uhr wurden alle aus dem Wasser gerufen. Wir wollten nachher am nächsten Morgen noch einmal den Pool genießen. Aber der ganze Vormittag war für die Reinigung das Pools vorgesehen und ganz viele Gäste standen rund um den Pool und fragten sich warum man das nicht zu einer anderen Uhrzeit machen könnte. Und insbesondere fragten wir uns warum nur ein Mann am reinigen ist und zwei Security Leute dabei zugucken und die Leute davon abhalten ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Häuserkomplex ist direkt am Ufer Richtung Singapur. Man sieht vom Balkon die Brücke die nach Singapur führt und den Fluss. Der Handyempfang war leider gestört, wahrscheinlich weil es so nah an der Grenze zu Singapur war. Wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Johor ankommt dann ist es ein bisschen umständlich weil man quasi wieder Richtung Singapur zurück fahren muss. Die bald fertig gebaute U-Bahn-Station und damit die Direktverbindung nach Singapur sollte das alles vereinfachen, diese hält dann direkt beim angrenzenden Einkaufszentrum und sollte dieses und die ganze Gegend sehr aufwerten. Man kann sich kaum zu Fuß bewegen, es ist alles auf den Autoverkehr ausgerichtet. Man braucht für alles das Taxi, sogar für den Nachtmarkt der eigentlich nicht weit entfernt ist.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

Die Wohnung war absolut erstaunlich! Meine Kinder lieben die Capybara-Themenwohnung und hatten so viel Spaß mit der eingebetteten Schleife und Kletterwand. Statt des üblichen Fernsehens hatten wir einen Projektor, der für unsere Filmnacht eine gemütliche, kinematografische Erfahrung schuf. Die Unterkunft war vor der Eincheckung schnell zu erreichen, und der Eincheckungsführer war hilfreich und super einfach zu folgen. Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt benötigten. Obwohl die Lage etwas weiter von den beliebten Einkaufsgebieten entfernt war, war Sunway Big Box Retail Park bequem gelegen direkt über unsere Wohnung und hatte eine anständige Auswahl von Geschäften und Essen Optionen. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort war auch weniger als ein 10-minute Fahren entfernt, was perfekt war. Meine Familie genossen den Aufenthalt so sehr, dass sie bereits bei unserem nächsten Besuch die andere thematische Wohnung versuchen wollten! Danke für einen solchen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Wir würden sicher zurückkehren!

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

The kitchen was well-equipped with a water filtration system, microwave oven, kettle, and induction cooker, making meal preparation convenient. The living room was spacious and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, additional seating, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix access. It was more than adequate for a large family gathering. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a selection of board games available for guests, which added to the family-friendly environment. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Most of the air-conditioning remote controls did not have batteries installed, with only one functioning remote available. We eventually had to transfer batteries from the TV remote control for use elsewhere, and spare batteries were limited. The master bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious layout, separate shower cubicle, and bathtub. The bathrooms were clean, inviting, and stocked with a large bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. However, no body wash was provided. Additionally, the shower floors in both bathrooms became quite slippery when wet, and despite our request for additional bathroom floor towels or anti-slip mats due to the presence of both elderly family members and young children, only a limited number were available. A washing machine was available in the service yard, although it appeared rather dusty and no laundry detergent was provided. One unusual observation was that some doors occasionally opened by themselves without any apparent reason, which was a little unsettling at times. While the accommodation itself was enjoyable, our experience with the managing agent was less satisfactory. During a previous stay at Mosaic, the agent had been proactive, responsive, and patient, providing comprehensive information well in advance, including directions and Wi-Fi details. In contrast, for this stay, communication was minimal and the necessary check-in information was only provided shortly after midnight on the day of check-in. Earlier and more proactive communication would have greatly improved the guest experience and reduced unnecessary uncertainty before arrival. Overall, the unit itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and suitable for large family stays. With a few improvements to amenities and communication, the experience could be even better.

Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
