The residence is above Paradigm Mall. The counter has its operating hours. Staffs are helpful and check in out are simple. Very good for groups or family stay. There are shops, restaurants and services in the mall. Thus, no need to travel far and out. You can stay at the same venue for your overnight stay.

Die Check-in super einfach , in dem gleichen apt komplex nur unterschiedliche Turm. Die Anweisungen von der Gastgeber für die Eincheckung und Parkplatz sind sehr klar. Das Apartment ist groß für junge Kinder mit Schleif- und Spielplatz. Betten sind komfortabel. Master Schlafzimmer ist geräumig. Die Küche ist für einfache Küche ausgestattet. Die App ist weniger als 5 min Fahrt nach Legoland. Es gibt rote Ant-Problem in einem der Schlafzimmer, aber der Service kam schnell, um es zu entfernen und das Bett änderte. gelegentlich die Toilettengerüche von Abwasser, die ich glaube, durch die Gebäude-Erhaltung zu lösen. Nur diese 2 Fragen, die von NEST zu Hause zu betrachten, um den Ort perfekt zu machen.

First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Space Residence JB. Die Einheit war sauber, neu und gut gepflegt. Die Lage war bequem, und die bereitgestellten Einrichtungen waren gut. Die Gesamtumgebung war bequem und alles fühlte sich relativ neu. Der einzige Abstand war der Ein- und Ausstieg. Jedes Mal, wenn wir den Wohnsitz eintraten oder verlassen, mussten wir die Einheitsnummer geben und warten, bis das Sicherheitspersonal die Details überprüft und ein Foto gemacht hat. Obwohl ich verstehe, dass dies Teil des Sicherheitsverfahrens ist, kann es ein wenig ungünstig und zeitaufwendig sein, vor allem wenn Sie sich in Eile befinden. Andererseits war es ein guter und komfortabler Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

Die Lage ist ein kurzer Spaziergang vom rnf Mall aber wenn Sie ältere haben, es kann nicht angemessen sein, da Sie die Straße am 1. Tag zu überqueren müssen, um sich einchecken. Sie sah die Überbrücke, aber der Wachmann sagte, die Zugangskarte zuerst benötigen. Da wir keine Zugangskarte hatten, müssen wir über und entlang einer Strecke des Weges zu dem Block gehen. Danach haben wir die ganze Zeit, wie ältere Menschen nicht zu lange und auf den Gleiten zu Fuß gehen können. Condo war schön, aber die Schleiffläche muss vielleicht sauberer sein. Wir könnten es entlang des Korridors stinken. Die Türkettenschließung wurde zerbrochen. 2 Türen am Vordereingang, in der Einheit war ziemlich sauber und erfüllt unsere Bedürfnisse. Kann Licht Kochen sah Pan. Mikrowelle, Kettle und Cutlery usw. Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber, aber die Toiletten hatten einen Geruch, brachten Toilettenspray. Muschiten sind häufig, pls bringen Insektrepellent zu sogar in der Einheit. Jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, so ist es ok. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön mit schönem Blick vom Balkon, das Meer und Boote sehen! Die allgemeine gd-Erfahrung, aber nicht erwarten, dass es wie ein Hotel sein. Es ist Airbnb. Schwimmen war laut mit Kindern, der Fitnessraum war auch beschäftigt. Wir schwimmen nicht oder benutzen Fitnessraum, aber wir gingen um auf dem Deck zu sehen, um Boote zu beobachten.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

Great stay overall! The location was very convenient. A short walk to Big Box and Xpark, which made it easy for our short stay. There's also a FamilyMart just across the road in front of Big Box, handy for quick snacks and essentials. Getting here from Tuas Second Link was also fairly quick and hassle-free, though we did hit some heavy jam crossing over on the public holiday (worth factoring in extra time if traveling on a PH). The kids loved the playground loft setup with the slide and projector. These kept them entertained the whole stay.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Nichts großes außer Sicht. Serviceanfrage wird von AI auf der App besucht. Es gibt Antenn auf dem Essenstisch. Heizungskapazität ist nicht ausreichend, um ein Tube für ein warmes Bad zu füllen. Das Hotel heißt Jacuzzi Suiten, aber Jacuzzi funktioniert nicht. Das Sicherheitspersonal ist hilfreich. Die Lagerung im 2. Stock ist gut gespeichert.

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
