The unit we chose is ok except the hall is a bit dull cos no window view/sunlight. But we appreciate the kitchenette and cutlery avail is very convenient. It will be good if the TV has local free to air channel like those in Singapore and we wont mind paying more for another tv in the room. The location is good, shop & eat within the same building and a very short drive to Bukit Indah (except the parking lot at level 5 is a bit further from the lift lobby) Throughout the stay saw many security guards at dif parts of the building & car park which is quite reassuring. The online customer service respond through WhatsApp is prompt and informative, which makes our stay (check-in/out) a breeze 👍🏻

Really pretty Lego themed playground! My lo loved it! The play area looked quite new. Cinema room was great. Room was spacious too. Check-in was a breeze

Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Highly recommended this homestayyyyyy!! Sie war außergewöhnlich sauber und schön dekoriert - perfekt für Fotos. Moderne Möbel und bedenkliche Touchs haben es als ein Haus von zu Hause fühlen lassen. Selbst spät am Abend war der Eincheckungsprozess unglaublich reibungslos und ohne Probleme, was ich nach einem langen Tag der Reise wirklich geschätzt habe. Host war zu beherbergen und zu verstehen über die Zeit. Die Lage war wirklich bequem umgeben von vielen leckeren Lebensmitteln, und vor allem KSL Stadtzentrum nur 3Min. zu Fuß. Reinigkeit und ästhetische Details waren wirklich heraus. Wäre sicherlich wieder für meine nächste jb Reise reservieren!!

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible to everything, which is why we chose it. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions, even in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and kind to their guests. All in all, it’s truly an excellent place to stay — not just for couples, but also for families with kids because they have lots of amenities that everyone can enjoy.

Das Gute: komfortable Bett, angemessen Reinigung, Arbeitsluftkonsole, Spielkonsole war cool, schöner Blick auf #48. Das Böse: Host erwartet, dass Sie sie am Tag kontaktieren, sonst kein Klang, kein Pick. Senden Sie eine Reihe von Bildern und Videos, Schock, um zu sehen, dass sie um Einzahlung und mein Passfoto als Teil ihrer Anforderungen gebeten haben. Ich bin nicht bequem damit. Die Fahrer bewachen: Diese Einheit, die sich bei B1-2 befindet, ist verdammt problematisch. Ich musste außerhalb des Gantry parken und ging ganz zum Ende des Gebäudes (ca. 200m eine Straße) um die Karte zu bekommen. Der Wachmann war nicht mit solchen Vereinbarungen vertraut, musste einen anderen Wachmann anrufen, um mir die Postkammer zu besuchen, um die Zugangskarte zu holen. Nachdem ich wieder zum Eingang gefahren musste, musste die Zugangskarte nicht funktionieren, die Wächter musste wieder kommen, um zu helfen. End-up endete es, weil der vorherige Benutzer nicht “tap out” so können wir nicht “tap in”. Die Wegfindung im Autopark ist noch schlimmer. Keine Ahnung, wo man aufsteigen soll, keine Ahnung, wo man aussteigen soll. Umdrehen Sie den ganzen Autopark, um es in der Mitte von niemandem zu finden und zu realisieren. Jetzt für die Unterkunft selbst, es ist angemessen. Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Kein Zahnbürsten wurde nur 8 Käfigs stattdessen bereitgestellt (pic). Die Tassen waren verdammt scheiße (pic). Insgesamt wird nicht zurückkommen, da der Park und die Checkin-Erfahrung wirklich eine gewaltige Umkehr war.

Versuchen Sie ein anderes Zimmer dieses Mal unter demselben Management-Unternehmen. Allerdings finde ich die Reinigkeit dieses Mal sehr fehlt. Die Bettwäsche (kann nicht aus Fotos sehen) waren mit Randommarken, Tinte, etc. Die Pilzfälle waren wirklich gelb! Ich habe nie so einen schrecklich gelben Kissengehäuse erlebt.. Ich musste mit einem Handtuch über sie schlafen. Für: Ein Gewebebox geliefert (vorherige rm hatte nicht) Waschmittel bereitgestellt (vorheriges rm hatte nicht) Reinheitswasser in separater Tappe Belastungspunkte an der Bettseite Dance Pad, Spielkonsole, Bücher Kons: Kein Warmwasserspeicher (vorheriges rm haben) Keine Kinder-/Plastikwerkzeuge 2 Einzelbetten auf der oberen Ebene (nicht Königin) Kein Eisbehälter im Kühlschrank Neben dem Zimmer selbst, die Lage des Ortes ist gut, zu Fuß entfernt von Sunway Big Box Einzelhandel und viele Essen auf der anderen Seite.

Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Nice place, good location. Sofa is really uncomfortable. Living room Air-conditioning is set to some timer that switches off every half hour or so. This is our 2nd time staying here so these discomforts became more apparent and hard to ignore.
