1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall.
2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board .
3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Negative Feedback:
1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in.
2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly.
3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures)
5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin.
6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted.
7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture).
8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed?
9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use.
We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

WWin.TThis is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.

Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

GGastnutzerDie Einheit war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel, mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre und einem schmackhaften Innendesign. Ich liebe vor allem die warme Beleuchtung, geräumige Layout und entspannende Pool-Zone mit einem großen Stadtblick. Die Lage war bequem, und die allgemeine Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und friedlich. Perfekt für eine kurze Geh- oder Aufenthaltsdauer würde sicher wieder kommen!

Das Böse:
Host erwartet, dass Sie sie am Tag kontaktieren, sonst kein Klang, kein Pick.
Senden Sie eine Reihe von Bildern und Videos, Schock, um zu sehen, dass sie um Einzahlung und mein Passfoto als Teil ihrer Anforderungen gebeten haben. Ich bin nicht bequem damit.
Die Fahrer bewachen: Diese Einheit, die sich bei B1-2 befindet, ist verdammt problematisch. Ich musste außerhalb des Gantry parken und ging ganz zum Ende des Gebäudes (ca. 200m eine Straße) um die Karte zu bekommen. Der Wachmann war nicht mit solchen Vereinbarungen vertraut, musste einen anderen Wachmann anrufen, um mir die Postkammer zu besuchen, um die Zugangskarte zu holen.
Nachdem ich wieder zum Eingang gefahren musste, musste die Zugangskarte nicht funktionieren, die Wächter musste wieder kommen, um zu helfen. End-up endete es, weil der vorherige Benutzer nicht “tap out” so können wir nicht “tap in”.
Die Wegfindung im Autopark ist noch schlimmer. Keine Ahnung, wo man aufsteigen soll, keine Ahnung, wo man aussteigen soll. Umdrehen Sie den ganzen Autopark, um es in der Mitte von niemandem zu finden und zu realisieren.
Jetzt für die Unterkunft selbst, es ist angemessen. Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Kein Zahnbürsten wurde nur 8 Käfigs stattdessen bereitgestellt (pic). Die Tassen waren verdammt scheiße (pic).
Insgesamt wird nicht zurückkommen, da der Park und die Checkin-Erfahrung wirklich eine gewaltige Umkehr war.

However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went.
We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide.
We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice.
We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available.
Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1.
To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered.
Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove.

WWT LiewOur recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation.
From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru.
What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency.
Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that.
The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach.
Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Sofa is really uncomfortable. Living room Air-conditioning is set to some timer that switches off every half hour or so. This is our 2nd time staying here so these discomforts became more apparent and hard to ignore.
